Hello VJ friends, I can understand how everyone feels about how we are being updated by USCIS with our case but don't worry everything is fine.

I didn't receive any notification either text or email about my card. I just keep checking my case status online and now I got it on hand and on time.its even delivered to me a day earlier than the date scheduled at my case status update. ?

My AED was ordered to be produced and my Travel Document was also approved yesterday! Waiting for the update on I-485 very soon!:-)

Just got a text and email that my wife's EAD and AP were approved.

Hi Frontgear! Congrats for the approval of your wife's AED& AP!:-)

I hope & pray to recieve mine too next week or so, crossing my fingers! Ur wife had her biometrics 1week ahead of me but we both filed the same date.:-)

I am sure yours will come this week. Keeping fingers crossed.

since you had your biometrics earlier than the scheduled appointment, may I know what exactly did you do when you arrived in the office where you had the biometrics done? did they asked you why you want it to be done earlier than the scheduled date?

Just received my NOA1 today, exactly 3 weeks after mailing.

Hi Frontgear- I just received my NOA1 yesterday too. On the email of USCIS acceptance confirmation I received says, my case was being routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing. Hoping to received the hard copy by mid of next week!:-)

I mailed mine on Dec 09 too and still waiting. We hope to recieve ours within this week.

I mailed ours off on December 9th and still haven't heard a thing.

That's great! Still, I didn't recieve any notification until today...

I'm just curious, did you all write I- 485 on top of the USPS box when you send your package to USCIS? Coz I did not. I just put from my name & address and to USCIS, Chicago Box, IL60680-4120.

I put our check on the top of the packet and clipped the entire thing together with a binder clip. I did not place it in an envelope, although I don't see how that would cause any problems.

In your application, did your husband filed the I485 for you or you applied by yourself?

The reason why I am asking this is because my husband's part in the whole package was just the affidavit of support and his g325A. Did i do it right?

Hi jennrg83, same case here.:-) I am also from K1. Filled my AOS with EAD and AP together last Dec 09. It's just that I didn't receive any notification yet until today...

One quick question to everyone, how did you put the cheque payment? I'm just curious....

We put the cheque inside an envelope, sealed it and write on top US Department of Homeland Security and clipped it on top of our completed form I 485...

Hi to everyone. I also sent my AOS package last Dec 09 and was delivered Dec 11. I got no notification yet until now...i have read some that notification turn around is just like 8-10 days though, so hoping to receive until Friday.:-)
