So my wife was approved for CR1 visa. I want to bring her here end of the month. Do I need to go to the Philippines and fly back with her or can I just buy her a ticket and have her come alone. Will she have problems during customs? Cause even as a us citizen I get treated like ####### from customs officers. I also hear horror stories of Seattle customs sending people with CR1 visa back . I just want her to have a good experiment coming here. Will customs be easy for her?

Ok so I paid my fee for the IV and the Aos. I put together all the papers I need for AoS and all the Civil Documents. .. but I am at the part where I need my wife's photocopy of her passport and passport number for DS-260..
My question is she doesn't have appointment for passport till next monday. So does not have a passport yet. Can I still send all the packets and skip that on DS-260 and she can bring passport to interview. Or do I need to wait till she Has passport?

Ok so thanks for the AoS packet that's clear now.
But the other packet after we do the DS-260 should be?
1.her birth certificate
2.police clearance
3.NBI
As that what civil documents are? Do I need to send any originals or can color copies work?

OK I paid my AoS and printed out the form for affidavit of support... what is the total package I need to send. Everything I should send. Because the checklist that's with it makes no sense..
I want to mail this but don't know of everything I need to send for the AoS packet. This is what I have

Yeah. I'm hoping everything goes well. Because I feel like if I get treated bad she will. I feel like maybe having her go to Hawaii first. Because they probably get more immigrants more often then not then put on a flight from there to Seattle .
