Hello every one , need an urgent advise please

I was in Thailand for 9 month, opining my own business, I was accused by immigration authority for working without permission, I didnot take it serious enough till I found that I have to go to court and admit that im gulty, I had to pay about 60 usd as a fine and one month suspended rule

dose that consedred as a crim ? If yes , should I mention it ?
