Hows youre interview?Hope it was sucessful.

I have just read that you was requeting to expidite your case. And im happy for you that your request was granted. Since we also send request to the NVC to expidite our case.I would like to ask you of what process you go through and when is the best time to fax the thing to the embassy? And who set up the medical and interview? Is it the embassy or the NVC who scheduled it?

I hope you will consider my quest. Thank you.

    God Bless!

Yes I checked the embassy website. Still no luck. THey also posted May schedules not yet CR1/IR1 visa. My husband called yesterday at NVC. THey operator said they'll try to schedule our case in April for May schedule. I am almost there. I'll just keep praying. Good luck in your interview. Wish you luck.

i copy and paste for you to know...i was so worried before when i read that it will be 990 days....

After USCIS, you still have to wait til your case completed at NVC. So you still have long way to wait. Like every one here who filed CR1/IR1 espcially beneficiaries from Philippines. Still long way to go. My case completed last December at NVC. And until now I am still waiting til I get schedule for interview. Just keep reading posts here. It'll help you alot. And check timelines so that you will get an idea. Just hang on there, keep your self busy and keep praying. :)

  6. Hi there,

As per the automated NVC helpline, our case was completed on February 21st... what happens now? The machine said to wait for up to 8 weeks, but I don't know what I'm waiting for! I think we're waiting for confirmation that they've sent the case to London.

I'm a bit concerned as most cases seem to be forwarded to the embassy relatively quickly. Is 3 weeks a long time to wait for the case to be sent to London?

After it's sent how long before an interview date is generated?

What's the quickest way to find out the interview date? Does the London Consulate have a website it lists them on?

Will ringing the DOS number help, or can they only assist if the date has actually been scheduled?

    Please help!!! :)

It's the same happened to us. We were very excited about what automated said that our case was completed and has been sent to embassy,we have to wait 8 weeks for further instructions. But after 8 weeks of waiting, my husband called at the embassy, and they said they havent received our record yet. It was so frustrating. So we called to NVC and talked to operator there we found out that they didn't forward our case yet to the embassy. I felt so hopeless. I've been 6 months away from my husband. It is so hard. :crying:

As far as I know, NVC will be the one that schedule an interview for CR1/IR1. I called last night and I spoke to Operator. He said my case still at NVC and I'll just wait til they schedule an appointment. Wish you luck. Keep posting! ;)

  8. Hello, Konfuz!

My husband Called the NVC today to make a follow-up on our case. The operator said that they mailed my documents already yesterday, March 2, to the US Embassy in Manila. I am wondering if that means I will be given a schedule already once the embassy receives it. Any ideas?

Thanks and good luck to all of us!

That means you should already have a scheduled date. Just keep updated. You can check at Manila embassy website. They will post there 2nd week of this month the schedules for April. Good luck.

    Joy ;)

I hope and pray that I have a scheduled date already. Im so nervous actually to even call or see the website and be disappointed again if I don't see my case number yet. This has been an emotional ride to me and to others also who are waiting for their date.

thank you for your encouragement! :star:

    Hi,

You can call to Embassy Manila to check your case. I haven't check mine last week. So maybe my husband will call at NVC tomorrow. I hope it's good news. Wish you luck.
