Is the daughter a conditional permanent resident also? (i.e. is she your step-daughter, and when she first entered, you guys were married for less than 2 years?) Did she get a 2-year GC?

We are married for more that 2 years but we still have not received her green card to know how many years she got

My wife conditional GC in August but her daughter just came in January should we also lift condition for her also she is 6 years old.

The interview was for my daughter they only asked my mom one question and that was it they didn't look at any of the documents or anyting.

What I want to know does anyone know how long it takes to get the passport back

My daughter 6yr old case has been closed at nvc from Sept 23 15 and I still have not received a interview appointment. Is the Kingston embassy so far behind?? Is anyone having the same problem????
