Why not just get a stamp in the passport? I-551 stamp is as good as I-551 card.

yes n-o-l-a is right, i did the same thing. i went to a local office and had my passport stamped because my greencard was late too and my employer was already

asking for it.and they honored my stamp:) goodluck!

90 days before you make three years from your first GC, you must send the same stuff as you did for your I-751 petition. Good luck

I called them:) I know it's not 6 months yet but at least they get to check on your case maybe.i mean there's no harm in trying:)

I think calling USCIS and inquiring about your case helps. Because I called them a few days ago then today I got an email about my approval.

Got me worried now, did we missed a step? After biometrics, we only needed to wait right?

Hi guys just did my biometrics today . It went pretty fast It only took me about 20 mins:) now i just have to wait for final decision:) goodluck to us all January filers:)

@jentus, just wait for a couple of days it'll eventually come:) did you check if the cashed out your check already? Also the receipt on NOA is not the one receipt number for case status online. They will give another one when you get your biometrics schedule. goodluck! And hope I answered your question somehow:)

@omar I think that's how they do it. Coz with mine it's just a letter for my name too and then full last name

I sent it on jan.3 they got it on jan.5, and I'm guessing they cashed out the check and sent out the notice at the same time. Sorry for the confusion:(

hi everyone hope you can help me with my question. i was trying to fill out my i 751 form . on one the questions, it was asking to list all children, so i put my sons name on it even tho he was born here in the states. it was asking for his alien number but he doesnt have one since he was born here. do i just leave it blank? your response would highly appreciated!
