So confused with I-864, I got a letter after 2 moths of waiting that My I-864EZ was not filled right, and I am under 125%of poverty level, I think they misread my tax return s I'm not sure but they sacked for my W2, and suggested to get a joint sponsor, Now it got more confusing, I'm a US citizen now, I filled for my parents both of them on separate visa petitions , in Part 3 of I-864 do I mark 2, because I filled for my Mom and my Dad and add as a family member, or not because they on separate visa petitions, now I'm filling I-864 and my husband I-864 A because we filled taxes jointly? and at my current individual income do I put the last amount of total income I earned for the year 2014? and for my spouse as well and total 'it or to put the adjustable income from 2013 tax return? so confused do they need the adjusted gross income or taxable income? When I have a joint sponsor how dose this work?
