I have a question regarding Almaty OVIR (migration office at Baitursynova str). KZ Embassy gave me paper which says I need to inform OVIR about leaving to the USA.
It says required for DV and CR visas. But I am holding K1 visa which is not under immigrant visa category.
Could you please advise if I need to go to OVIR?
I have already bought my ticket and leaving in the beginning of April.
