Dec. 1st '14 was her interview. Her VISA was ISSUED a week later.

We hope to be flying then, though our visa still hasn't been delivered And funny enough we would be flying into Tampa. However we will be leaving from Cebu :/ I hope she has a safe trip

Yea i think it's because of the holidays that's why its took so long, I'm not sure about booking a flight til u have ur visa in hand but maybe u will be fine if u book ur flight to come here til ur mom have her visa

Oh so almost a week now. Oh my mom interview will be on feb 2nd and I was about to book my flight to pick her up but good thing I'm reading this as it look likes the visa is issued after two weeks?

This is actually for my mother. We haven't bought the ticket yet, but we are thinking probably the second week of february so if anyone wants to be a companion with her just let me know. Her final destination is Tampa, Florida.

Hey call now. The lady said they start scheduling today. My mom's interview will be on February 2.

I just got off the phone with NVC and the rep informed me that they are completely done scheduling January interviews. She said they should start scheduling February interviews the first week of January (so January 5-9). Just fyi in case anyone was wondering. I'm happy to have CC and I trust that God's timing is always perfect so if it's going to be February, that's ok with me

I called twice today. I redialed 5 to 10 times to finally get a ring, then waited approximately 40 min

Oh my God! My AOS changed to N/A when I checked at 2pm today (I checked once in the morning). My heart stopped and can't believe it. It is indeed a merry Christmas! I just finished talking to NVC to confirm and yes - Case Completed today.

I'm Oct 28 as well! Hoping it will be Merry Christmas to all of us waiting.

Good morning everyone! I checked last night at midnight since they close at that time and still no changes, yet I just woke up, logged on and guess what?!! I got N/A on the AOS paid line! I'm now just waiting for 7am to call NVC and get confirmation that it is cc. God is amazing, people, keep praying and don't lose hope for yourselves and others.

I thought I was getting cc today, but I just got off the phone (again) with NVC and same ol' story "wait until 60 days", even though the First Lady today said that they were "reviewing" my case. I guess I'll stop logging into the site, it's just driving me insane!!!!

As predicted, i got a checklist for not sending page #9. It's the most ridiculous checklist ever, but i guess i'm going to have to deal with it.

Case complete as of today!!!! Last scan date of 24 Oct for IV checklist. Previous scan dates of 18 August for both packages, but received checklist on 10 Oct for wife's birth certificate and marriage certificate. I didn't know there was more than one version of these...Thanks to Saylin and others for answering my question along the way...This is the most frustrating process ever; hang in there.
