Hey friends, please reply I m in tensed situation.....

I applied for citizenship under 3 year rule .... Interview went fine IO said I passed the test and gave me N652.... And said he will mail me the decision .... I got the letter today and in the letter they have asked me for more documents....

Like our joint bank accounts which I don't have... When I applied for removal of conditions we used to have joint account and after that that bank got closed and we didn't get the joint account....

And after that I moved to different state Atlanta and my wife keeps on traveling back and forth to Virginia and Atlanta so she didn't change her drivers license so I don't have her evidence that she lives in Atlanta as her address is still from Virginia from her mothers....

They have asked for the lease for the apartment and I don't have lease as wel because I m staying with my brother.....

The question which I have is that I know inside if I will send the paper work which I have like photographs and credit card statement and phone bill ... That won't serve the purpose.... And if I will change her I'd to Atlanta that will be current not from past... Which they have asked.... And if I ll add her in to my account the same goes with that as wel that will be current not from past....

What should I do...

I just need to know if I will not reply to the n14 will I be in trouble or its just they will deny my form and I can re apply under 5 year rule which will be next year....

Or should I send the documents which I have ...

And if I won't reply will that be a problem for my green card...

Or I can apply in 6 months again when I will have all the documents again with all the joint operation work and all

Please reply that will be a big help

Hey my interview was oct 5 .... And I passed the civic test and all.... However the IO gave me n652 and said I will receive the decision in mail in few days.... It's been 2 weeks .... What should I do.... Should I make an info pass appointment ..??

Hey guys please help .... I had my interview today and I passed all written speaking and civic test....

I had one drunk in public.... And I have the disposition and the receipt showing paid the fine....

IO even got my signature as well on that sheet of paper for the certificate....

However he gave me the paper with the check that design can not be made yet... I think the form he gave me is N652....

Please help.....

Hey guys I have one question.... I have interview tomorrow at Atlanta office .... And I have filled under 3 year rule..... I just have a question do I have to take my wife with me as she is in Virginia.... And are they going to ask me questions related to my marriage as well or something or just related to the citizenship

Hey guys I have one question please help.... My brother applied for naturalization under 5 year rule..... His green card is expiring on 28 of this month and he has an interview for n400 on October 13.... Will thr be problem because he will have expired green card.... Or he has to renew the green card first and then apply for citizenship.... Please reply....

And how much time does it take for letter to arrive after it says that your interview has been scheduled and will mail you the letter

All right guys I have a question.... I am going to send my N400 on July 16.... The question which I have is long time back I had drunk in public.... And I paid the fine.... And when after that I applied for 10 year green card I didn't mention about that.... And they didn't ask me to send anything and no RFE nothing..... And I got my conditions removed....

I just want to know should I mention that in n400 application or just let it go

Yes I have the divorce decree, however that doesn't have a date of birth.... I think we have to go to clerks office and get that.... Thanks for that

Ok guys I have a question..... I will be applying under 3 year rule..... My wife got a divorce in 2007.... And in n400 form it asks for prior spouse date of birth.... And she doesn't remember the year.... Will that be a problem if I just put random year with the correct month and date....

all right guys i have one question,

i got my 10 year green card in virginia, and thn i moved to atlanta Georgia...

my citizenship window opened on aapril 29 2015, howeversomeone told me that i can not apply,because i have to be resident of atlant afor atleast 90 days, so i just need to know is that correct or not,i have beena resident of atlanta for over 2 months but not 3 months, if i apply now they will send my paperd back or deny it ow what will happen,

Question .... Can I travel out of the country after applying for N400 ....

All right it's getting really confusing now.... What I need to know is.... I just moved to Atlanta ga and I have my license from north carolina and all my mails go to Virginia..... What shoud I do.... Should I just go to Virginia and apply from thr.... Or get my license changed to Atlanta and apply from here or should I apply from North Carolina where I have my license and insurance from.... Plz advice guys ....

Thing is I got my green card from Virginia.... After applying for ROC I moved to North Carolina... To the same company I work for in VA.... And now I m for the same company in Georgia.... But I have my insurance and license from North Carolina..... Is it ok to apply from Virginia or North Carolina.... As both places where I lived are family houses.... And I trust the people with the documents thr..... Will thr be any problem if I aplly from North Carolina as I been living thr for more thn 4 months
