Well she will definitely use her US address when filing the petition. I just don't know why it would be required to use a US address on the marriage certificate. I not saying we will, but what if the petitioner previously lived in Nigeria and we married before she relocated to the US. After all, she has dual citizenship.

Yes, she is a USC. Also, is the Ikoyi registry the only one recognized by the US Consulate? Has anyone been successfully granted a visa that used a different registry?

Greetings! My fiance will be coming to Nigeria in a month so that we can get married. My question is which address should we use for her on the application? I was told it would cost significantly more if one of us lives abroad. My fiance parents reside here in a Nigeria as well so they said we should use their address. But I'm not sure how the embassy would view that. Any suggestions? We will be getting married at the registry in Ikoyi.

I have been in administrative processing for 8 months. This morning, my wife (the petitioner) received an email from Lagos, IVSCHEDULING that said XXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXXXX has been scheduled to return to the Consulate on XX-DEC-2014 at 1pm. I never got a call or an email from them, which I feel is odd as I am the beneficiary.

Has seen this before? Is this a second interview? Do I need to bring anything?
