On the web site it says for us as of today.

On November 3, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC1591397854, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

EAD and AP approved yesterday. FYI.

Does it mean that after October the 6th, USCIS will require us to send new affidavit or even if we sent 13 edition, we're still good to go?

That is my belief. We should be good with our current form.

Did we talk about this? There is a new I-864 form that came out 7/2/15. They will accept the old one until October. Here is the quote.

07/02/15. (Starting 10/06/15, USCIS will only accept the 07/02/15 edition. Until then, you can use the 03/22/13 edition.) The edition date can be found at the bottom of the page on the Form and Instructions

Yesterday we had the biometrics done. 15 Min drive to the USCIS place in our own town that we live in. Appointment was for 10am. We arrive at 9:05am. We left at 9:20am. No other people were in there except for workers. When we left other people were arriving. Now we wait.....

Wendy and I married June 13, 2015!

I posted pictures in my gallery. I don't know if you can see them. My fiancée Wendy came here May 2nd. We spent a little time in New York City. Now we are in Maine. We are having a wedding of about 100 people. My ex boss will marry us and then we will have a potluck wedding in my cousins backyard. You can see a little of our planning at christopherbreen.com

At the end of the year we will also marry in the Philippines in a bigger wedding.

It all seems like a dream and happy that you will all be soon with your future wife or husband. Thinking of you guys and reading all your posts in this group.

No posts since March 4th? I just called the NVC. They say our case was processed March 7th. They gave me a Manila case number. Is started with MNL. They also gave me an Invoice number. The next step is the physical which should happen in about 11 days. Chris

Hi. I just updated my timeline. We had a RFE and sent in a new photo of me. Then we have the NOA2 on Feb 17. My hope is Wendy is here in USA April 18th.

Status updated on website for us. It says RFE needed.

I did not include my Philippine fiancee's birth certificate. Was I supposed to? That is my guess.

I also can't change my profile picture here. Every file I select it just keeps bringing up my old picture.

I Submitted I-129F today I thought would take 5 months for visa. But I see others who their future wife came from the Philippines in 3 1/2 months. Is 3 1/2 month's the average now?
