Thanks, Well I think I will be sending in another inquiry request. I wonder if it is ok to do myself or to call and have a Tier 1 do it? Maybe I will be able to find our exactly where our application is. The last inquiry was answered on Jan 19th and it just said that there is a delay in processing and it was still in Lee Summit. Our NOA says it was received on April 1st but when I call it says that the fingerprint fee was accepted on April 5th. So I'm not really sure which date we should pay more attention too.
Finally, right??? Im holding my breath now! lol
You can't do another request until February 19

Since it's looking like it may be a longer wait than we expected, I am wondering when my husband should apply for another EAD/AP. He received both in early May 2014, should he apply now for them or is it too early?
My EAD/AP card expires in mid may, I'm going to fill out the renewal forms and mail it in next week, since my driver's license expires beginning of April and the Department of Transportation mailed me a reminder that they need an updated documentation from USCIS by April in order to renew my driver's license. I work in the car industry & without my license I can no longer have the right to drive a car, thus No right to work!

Not yet, nlhernan.
Received 2nd written response to service request today in the mailbox. Same as the first one at the beginning of December. This is a JOKE!
I'm so pissed and over this whole thing at the same time!
Yup, I guess quite a few of us still waiting. Good thing I have an insane job that keeps me busy from morning till night!
You know what's the problem? We will all get our green cards and eventually citizenship one day (before 2025 hopefully) regardless, we will all forget about these days and won't take serious steps to help the future "US" the NPIW people. This will be our country and our pride we have to find a way to fix this problem in the future. But for now it seems like we can't do anything else but wait WAIT wait WAIT wait... Did I say wait what!??

I'm June 5th letter as well.. Still waiting.. This is frustrating.
I feel you its definitely not easy. Btw I spoke to tier 2 on Monday he said that every single case has to be signed & approved by a judge! That's why it takes long wait times. I've never heard this before! Is this for real!?? Anyone heard of this before!???

Thanks. It was assigned and then unassigned. My husbands medical expires feb 4th. Trying to get some type of response before then
June 5 NPIW... Still waiting! Almost 10.5 months from 1st noa

My local field office is in Memphis, TN. I already checked their processing time and it shows there, they're been processing June 17th filers. I believed April comes first then June but still no update for my AOS. Still in acceptance status
I totally agree with you. My local field office is Philadelphia PA and they are currently processing May 17 filers. I believe February/March/April come before May.. Regardless, I'm not too sure about this update, even though they say the same thing when you call them about the last three letters of your service requests (asking why it's different every time?). My case is supposedly at NBC & I had 3 service requests (so far)... the first & last requests ended with PHI letters for PHILADELPHIA, but the second one (that they replied with a "keep on waiting") ended with MSC. I called them to ask about this inconsistency, they said that down the line your case gets forwarded to your local field office for final decision if MSC approves all background checks... Hope this helps or makes sense to you

Feb filer first noa March 7, June 5 npiw letter, Oct 7 filed a service request. No answer heard back. November 7th filed another request. Nov 24 they mailed me a letter saying to wait they're backlogged for an unknown period of wait time. December 26 I filed a 3rd service request, still nothing they did not even assign my case to an officer yet. I don't think they really care about our service requests, this option is designed specifically to limit our phone calls to their calling centers every day. At least that's what I assume.

Feb filer, june 5th piw letter.. called twice for service request.first time was On Oct 7, no answer. On Nov 7 called them back for a second service request. received a letter mailed out on nov 24th saying that they're backlogged no info on how long it might take.. on Dec 5th I called them back mentioned about the waiver letter from June 5th & that the 6 months period was completed & just wanted to know if the background/fingerprint check was done. They said they can not share that information. I got to wait till Dec 24 (one month from the service request REPLY DATE) to do another service request. (I spoke with level 2). I mean I have to call them On CHRISTMAS to do a service request... just got to wait from now on not much we can do. Good luck & congratulations for those of you who got greeted

June 5th.... still waiting for an update
June 5th interview waiver... still nothing! 1 more day for the 6 month notice...
-
Just guess! I heard that 7 days before, the letter on June 5th was processed. and some letters on June 5th still waiting. So I want to guess how long it will take to finish the processing the letters on June 5th. Now already 7 days. hope you will get improved within these two days. If you receive the update please let us know.
I hear you... well hopefully they'll respond within the 6 month period that they predicted! I'll definitely post here if I have any news! My prayers to everyone ...patience (including myself)

Congratulations! and thank you for the update!
It looks like taking several days(7-10 days) to processing the letters issued on June 5.
Please update the great news who are getting them.
How can you tell? I received the potential interview waiver letter on June 5th, still nothing. 2 more days and it will be 6 months.
