  1. Try logging back in to the USEM website where we make the appointments and look at the "document delivery information" box on the right side of the screen. Nothing updated for us yet, but we were issued just today.

    https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/?language=English&country=Philippines

Yeah the document delivery information is blank ..already logged in there earlier. Have to check tomorrow afternoon around 4:30 pm.. thats where the magical update happens :dancing: :joy: :dancing: :joy:

  2. I agree. I called IV yesterday and pleaded our case, which was 3 weeks after our interview. Perhaps a coincidence, but we were issued today.

allow 2 days from the day you get issued then im sure you will hear something from 2go. Mine is home delivery,i asked the representative earlier when i called what is the lead time even on the province..max is 3 days as they dont let any visa sit on their dispatchment center.

  3. A for now 9:14pm Wednesday day 2 since my k1 visa got issued.

The 2go tracking online seems to be always respondings invalid note.

I tried the ustraveldocs passport tracking I entered my UID this is what it says

Passport Status : There is no status update available for the passport number submitted

Same response as sending an email to passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com

I have been itching to buy ticket tonight as Im planning to leave by tuesday. But im trying not to get tempted not until the I have the visa on hand. Tickets are getting expensive as the day goes by...

  4. the only advice i can share if you feel the need to find relief with why your case is stuck either AP or ready. Its best to call IV unit around 7:58 am before 8 am hits or around 4 pm.My phone bill went sky rocket for sure as it is a long distance call, but its worth to find answer,at least in that case your talking to somebody inside the USEM

  5. I tried him once before and he didn't even go as far as the USEM. He just sent me an inaccurate response he claimed to get from the NVC.

Darn! They are so good at assuring for an open arms when they are asking for votes, but at times we need a little assitance this is how we are treated.. oh life and how unfair things go...

  6. Hi CHeekin.I'm following your post.Hey!girl what did you do to get the issued status?Im also waiting here for 14 days now from the date of my interview.Mine is still at AP status:(..Hope to hear from you!

    Hi MJJC,

Im sorry to hear that your stuck at AP,its really tough to keep on waiitng not knowing why it is taking so long to get issued, just like you I know how it feels,I took courage to call the Immigration Visa Unit since its almost close to two weeks since I got approved from my interview.

This is the number i called 02-301-2000 once you hear a voice prompt press the extention number 5184 OR 5185 its best to call early before 8:00 am hits like 7:58 coz thats were the line operates,or in the afternoon around 4:00 pm.

I also noticed that after I sent for a congressional inquiry,it seems it had helped move justice to my case.

Hang in there, there is a light at the end of tunnel!

I called the USEM, they said we were AP and for us to call back in a couple days if we wanted to.

My friend called also today and she was aked to call again for an update on thursday or friday.

  7. Hmm i admit i do find it odd as well... I can't think of why they wouldn't want to at least verify some source of income at that point...

Could it be because of the kind of Job/Title we listed on our G325?? I have no idea. I will contiune to check CEAC..

net2684 and Omygracious please update us on when you are "issued" that would really easy my mind seeing someone who wasn't asked for their I134 but got their visa in hand.

no worries there are few people already that have thier k1 visa and was not asked during the interview for the form i134.. So far this case got me worried too but there are so many of us that were not asked for the form i134.. right now here is my status (jan 22 2015 interview approved ) status went to READY upto jan 29 and by jan 30 2015 my status is AP until now feb 2 2015..

  8. 3:34 pm still AP but when i login to US trave docs theres no more delivery information. i also tried sending email to with subject and body of message with passport number the response is "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted" hope fully after 4:30 this afternoon there will be an update..

  9. Our status changed to AP this morning on the 9th business day since interview.

  10. In a few weeks you will be in the States, you will being feeling blue because you miss your family... but that too will pass. For now, go visit with family and special friends. Check CEAC once a day.

For now im gonna relax and take the weekend with my family..Im sure its gonna be a huge transition for me,missing my family,my dads ultimate adobo and the early morning rooster noise. thank you again hank!

  11. I don't know of any, but it is entirely possible to get a 221g after the CO says you are approved... actual approval doesn't happen until you see ISSUED on the CEAC website.

As long as you had everything the embassy asked for it is just a matter of being patient for now.

Thanks Hank for the info! I helps me alot that your always there to send a response.. it comforts my worry.. haha! Patience is the key and yes sometimes its really challenging especially when your almost there to reach your happiness and you feel like your being hanged on a cliff. and waiting to be saved..

  12. Not being asked for the I-134 does not seem to be unusual lately, I would not be concerned about that, many have been approved without as of late. Approval? You mean once the visa is issued or right after the interview?

Oh i mean after the interview I didnt recieved any 221g form. There is no case they will issue for a 221g after the interview was done and said approved right? So far my status change today to AP... Im relieved that the case was moving, hopefully it wont be stuck at AP just like how i read others horrible experience.. It would be really devastating.. In God`s wil and time hopefully things will flow smoothly...

  13. 6 business days is nothing. As for "normal" there is no such thing... each case is different. If you have noticed there are some that waited months lately for their visa to be issued... others got their's issued in a few days. No normal.

I havent got any 221g but they didnt asked for my fiance`s form I134 during the interview.Even the american consul didnt asked and look for it.She said everything is fine proceed for the releasing area for you visa delivery. Have you noticed some people who have gone through the same case as mine?

There is no way they can issue me a 221g after my approval right?
