Well, thanks in advance for your help, we planning to viist each other , he was supposed to visit me in April, but because of work he will not, so we decide that i will visit him, i had b2 visa it expired at december 25th 2014, i visit US 3 times never overstayded, but last time i was there for 4 months , i have two kids in school here, im working , i will ask my boss for two weeks leave, the question is what are my chances to get b2 again?

And what i should say if they ask where im going to stay? if i say my boyfriend that would make it difficult?

Yes we know that, and we thought that would be a problem to get them k2 visa.

My kids were born in Portugal, a VPW country.

Thank you so much everybody for your help, In fact i dont want to hire an attorney at all we going to have a lot of bills to pay , and we dont need more, but we were worried about kids overstay for a month we thought that maybe this would be a problem, but anyway i think we can do by ourselves ...any doubt i will ask you again.

I m about to apply for k1 visa, as i can see the process in not so difficult with VJ members help, my fiance already met an attorney and she said that all the process is going to cost 10.000 usd from the beginning until we (me and my two minor kids) have the green cards, the reason made us the consider having an attorney it is that our last visit to US , i enter with b2 visa and they gave me 6 months, but kids enter in VPW and we stayed there 4 months , so they overstayed a month, because of that we are afraid to start the k1 visa without an attorney, any advices please, we are very worried about that :cry: :cry: .....

Me and my fiance are about to start K1 visa process, i just figure it out its going to be hard so i will be very thankfully if you can help us in this process. I am from Mozambique but i just notice that i will have the interview in South Africa, and i am confused, what is exactly unabridged birth certificate? What about medical examination i will have to do in South Africa? since we have Us embassy here in Maputo, there are certified doctors so we can do here? What about Police Certification, since i am not living in South Africa , do they will ask me for police certification from South Africa too , besides from my home country?

Im new in this forum, and me and my boyfriend thinking about to start the k1 and k2 visa process next year, so thanks in advance for your help. we have questions, i had been there this year to visit friends on my B2 visa so they gave 6 months, my kids entered on VPW they are European citizens, but we end up staying there for 4 months, i didnt overstay my B2 visa , but they did cause they only had 3 months, so i would do like to know if this is going to be an issue to get k1 and k2 visas? is a requirement to date for 2 years before we strart the processe, ? or as long we have evidences of our relationship, that will be ok even if we dating for 6 months?
