Hi KNG755
It look to me like u did have a checklist. If u get a checklist u have to wait 60 days for nvc to review ur case. So that can delay ur case. If on the ceac website ur AOS doesn't change from paid to N/A then something is wrong but nvc only gives out two checklist I think so if ur case is missing any documents u will have to take it to the interview with u. Hope u get ur IL in the coming month.
No checklist. Case was completed on November 20. Hopefully I get a date in April.

Hi KNG755
Don't understand why u r current for so long n don't get IL as yet. u need to call nvc and find out from them if u r in
F1 or F2b because it look like they have u in F1. Ppl with priority date in may 2008 getting IL. Something wrong right there.
Hey, my petitioner is nota USC, so I'm definitely not F1. I'm wondering if there is a back log at the embassy because if you look at the IR-1 spreadsheet it's taking a while for interviews to be scheduled. My only concern is that I saw someone in the IR-1 thread with a CC date later than mine, got a March interview date.

What does your CEAC status say? You or your petitioner should call NVC asap!
Still says 'at nvc' I called on Wednesday and was told that an appointment hasn't been scheduled yet.

Hi Jahmekya Princess,
Tnx for the reply. I'm terribly excited, so counting the seconds to the next bulletin. The predictions for March 2015 VB on a couple of websites show F2B moving to 15th July 2008... Wish it was 22 July 2008.

Hi chubbs. whats going on did u hear anything as yet? Let us know we need some updates.
Hey, my case has been completed since November 20 and PD (Dec 4, 2007 F2B) current since November as well. However, I'm still waiting for an interview to be scheduled in Kingston, Jamaica. Not sure why it's taking so long.

Hi, I've been following this thread for a litttle while now. I just got off the phone with NVC and my case was completed on November 20, 2014. IV and AOS were recieved at NVC on October 2.
AOS Status never changed to N/A on CEAC website

Hey, I started out with an attorney, so I didn't get the ds261. And because I had an attorney, both the AOS and IV fees were unlocked at the same time. I got the invoice for the AOS and IV fees in early August (August 7, I think) and my PD was Dec 4. 07
