so embassy called my mom and spouse.. well I have filed for both.. and they gave interview for April 28.. we haven't done medical or anything. They called us yesterday for the interview next week.. no medical yet .. I don't know what's going on..btw my case was expedited and nvc sent it to embassy after the case completion at nvc

Same with me binod, My cc was on April 1st cc email April 8th still waiting for an interview.

Cc on March 31st.. expedite was approved from embassy in february and wanted the nvc to review first. . Now case is at us embassy but still no interview appointment letter.. 20 days gone still no appointment and this case was expedite ..what's the point.. Frust.

My CC March 12 and I am still waiting too. Since I been waiting so long I contacted my congressman and put in a expedite request to NVC last week. Today they told me that the Kingston Embassy has the request. Right now I'm waiting to see if it helps things move a little faster for me. I hope we all get our interview dates soon. Jah know ... Mi tired!!!

My case status still shows ready ...no words from embassy yet.. embassy won't take any calls or email for immigrant visa.. I emailed support-nepal@ustravel .. they stI'll can't give me exact answer all they say is to wait for letter from embassy. Since it is IR1 I don't know if embassy is tracking my documents still need to be scheduled for interview

You may not get a P4. There is no P3 letter that's K1. Everything is you and your embassy so you need to contact them. How long have no idea. Since it says Ready means they have you contact them now.

Does anyone know when will I be receiving p3 and p4. I guess I should have just waited for nvc, now it might get stuck in embassy forever

Nothing to track. Just watch the ceac Visa tracker status tracker for it to say In-Transit then Ready it then will be at embassy.

Case completed on 31st march..got email about case complete on 7th april.. now waiting for interview letter... also I had expedite my case, it was approved by embassy but still they wanted all documents and fees to paid to NVC. Now case is complete at nvc

Can I ask you all how long did it take to get approved? I got an under review email 10 days ago and no news since then...

As of my understanding you have to call them else it takes longer to get anything in mail..however mine was approved but still had to submit docs and fees to NVC..and I think it won't be any faster

it took 62 days for our case to be complete

my visa status now is in transit hope fully tomorrow it will be ready

I requested for our case to be expedited and the reply of nvc is this ...

"The U.S. Embassy is willing to expedite this case when we have all the fees, forms, and documents received and reviewed. If you have not already done so, you can pay your fees and submit Form DS-260 at ceac.state.gov. Please send everything else to this address:"

I got the same email,that my expedite has been approved but first I have to pay fees and submit all documents to NVC... how long it took you to Case complete
