got a checklist for aos after waiting for 90 days...

hell man nvc is so devil i hate it

cant they see we r living apart from our spouse

i wish god spell his magic words and nvc clear all our case and from 60 waiting period it become two weeks

90 plus 60= five months at reviewing our papers and other two for case number and fees

Wow! Thank you so much. Nvc did tell me it would be line 22 if 1040. So I will confirm the amount is correct once attorney corrects. Nvc also told me she left out ssn for my joint sponsor and to send w2 and 1 current pay stub.Should I just send that? I was going to add more document like joint sponsor w2 and pay stub and letter from my prenatal doctor this way they are aware my husband may have to be interview without me there if they do take 60 days to review (would be 7 months pregnant).Should I add the extra explained or just what nvc said??? I will call tmw to confirm if another rep says the samething on errors.

for my case we we sent 4 paper checklist letter, 1 paper letter of unemployment of petitioner, 9 paper of form i-864 petitioners. (for joint sponsor everything was ok.)

Just because you didn't leave it blank does not mean it's correct. If you put the incorrect amount, then a checklist would be generated.

What are your scan dates for AOS and IV package?

my scan date was 26 septemebr

and for aos 25 august

they took 90 days for aos and now additional 60 more

sir can you clear my few doubts

1) did you include this cheaklist along with the correct aos package to be send to nvc

2)which is the bar code cover letr to be attached with the corect i 184 to eb sent

I am silent reader and now I decided to join the group to wait for CC, my last scan date 10/14 after couple times I have some checklists, I hope this is the last time to wait for 60 days

sir did you ahd a cheaklist for aos

can you please tel me do we need to include the cheaklist also along with the package and is the cover letter you get with your cheaklist same as of aos cover letr whcih you get after payment of fees

We got the same checklist and we are also at NVC since June, Just send the corrected form (don't send pay stubs, employment letter, tax return slips again) to NVC and you may not want to wait for the checklist email as it may take upto a week, so you can use the same barcoded sheet for AOS but also include a letter stating what was wrong on your previous AOS form (ie. what is checklist for) and that you are sending the checklist before receiving the checklist email. (Though we sent our checklist after we received email with checklist cover sheet)

then we can also wait for the checklist to come do we have to include the checklist also in the corrected aos package

Just got the news our attorney make mistake on AOS line 13a1 wrong income amount. She also didnt input sponsor ssn. Just called NVC. Im soo devastated. I may not be able to attend interview with the extra 60 days for checklist. I maybe more then 7 months by interview :'( I did call her and flipped. My hubby is so upset.

they say i used adjusted gross but should have used total income

kindly suggest ,me what to do shall i wait for nvc checklist or should sent it right way
