Filed in October 2014, interview September 10th, so the wait time is 11 months
-
10 months after filing
10 months after filing u will get interview letter, interview is on the 11th months from application filed
-
I just want to finish interview and never have to deal with Dallas uscis, will move somewhere else for citizenship lol
-
You will get it this week, because our time line is very close
-
Don't worry bro, it be alright, I got the notification when I wasn't even thinking about it, we used to keep on thinking and nothing happened, then we don't think about it , it happened, you have waited this long, couple of days more and it be all good
-
Ok then if you got the acceptance confirmation on the 17 th of October, then probably Monday or Tuesday at the latest you should receive a notification, if you don't you might want to talk to a tier 2 officer,
-
Ok but when did u receive the acceptance email? They accepted our documents on October 16th, we mailed oct 13th
-
Yes because even though we sent one week apart, we got the confirmation email the same day.
-
David don't worry , if I read ur post correctly you filed oct 20th so U will get your interview letter by next Friday for sure, as of today they processing oct 16.
-
I got one too, interview on September 10 don't know the time yet, finally after 10 months .
-
Interesting!!! Because my friend got his with the date he submitted the application. Guess he is so lucky then.
You might want to tell your friend to call the uscis customer service and ask them, as far as i know, it should be the date your approved, not the date you submitted the application.

Just got done with service request. They told me what I already knew. That Dallas is taking 10+ months. She did say that we are in line to be scheduled for interview but that she couldn't give me a timeframe. She also mentioned that I-400's were getting priority being that the government "wants voters". That's how she put it.
ya thats what i figured after looking at their processing time for the N-400 application, they were behind us now they are way far ahead of us. Looking at jeanF timeline, now I am expecting interview letter within august and interview in september. We at 9 months already, I guess we can do another 2 lol(like we have a choice).
-
I've been waiting since October of 2014 too
can you edit your signature or just tell us when you filed your application and when they recieved it? thanks.
-
Ivan777, that just depends on the officer, davidchrome we should be getting out letters within a month I think
-
Unless you came in k1 visa, or you have received a interview waiver, you will definitely have a interview, you just got to wait, I know it's frustrating, trust us, we have been waiting since October
-
Mine says the same thing but when I did info pass it said I was in line for interview on nov 19, and today my service request said again I am in line and if I don't get anything just to contact them after 90 days
-
Just got the reply in the mail for our second tier 2 officer service request, it says I am in line for interview and if I don't get anything in the mail in the next 90 days to contact them.
-
THANKS!
You should probably hear back by August.
We ain't holding our breath lol, lets see, I guess it will happen when it happens.
-
JUST GOT NOTIFICATION THAT THE WELCOME NOTICE WAS AENT!! AHHHHH!
Sorry for the caps guys I'm so pumped!
Wishing everyone hears something soon!
Congratulations. Finally, Now just relax and enjoy the traveling and all that lol.
-
Don't worry you will be fine, they just need to check some stuff, by the end of the week you will get approved, just relax the hard part is over, we still waiting
-
Hmm, yeah until it randomly changed to scheduled interview my status was showing "we received your fingerprint fee on 8/4/2014". There was no indication I was in line for an interview at all. I'm hoping you all get something soon.
Good luck for tomorrow Jean, let us know how it goes, also ask them why the hell they taking so long? lol
-
You can try, but it's not worth trying if u are waiting for less then six months for sure, they will just tell you to wait
-
No, that was from last year, on nov 19 2014 they put us in line for interview
-
Guys just got out from info pass , so basically they said on their system it shows interview scheduling on nov 19 2014, so the info pass person send a detail(it took him almost ten minutes) to send a email to the national benefits center, he said I might get a reply or not. He was surprised I haven't gotten a interview letter so don't know what else to do, on my case status it says oct 14 we received ur finger print fee.

I didn't file for Ead or advance card, even though dallas is taking 11 months from the filing date for the interview, your ead card and ap card should come with 90 days of filing as this is done at the NBC service center and not your local office. You will only have your interview at your local office.
Also since your are adjusting from k1 visa you should get a interview waiver letter with a month or 2, if you don't then you might have a interview. 99% of people from k1 don't have a interview.
