You can call and ask them to check up on your file... they create a service request.
It sounds like you're being engaged and following up on your case.
I'll need some details on what happened at your interview, what you were told on the phone and at your Infopass and what reply you got from your Senator... I don't know if there's anything special about your case.
Did you pass your interview? Was a decision made? Was there a request for more information? Are you in the oath scheduling queue?
It could just be that you're all set and waiting to be scheduled for an oath.
You can try contacting your other Senator or your Representative... they may have better luck.
If you don't have any luck with that, the final thing you can do is sue USCIS in federal court... this will force a decision (positive or negative) on your case.
The tricky thing is that while you've waited 14 months since your application (a very long time), you've been waiting 4 months since your interview, which is a long time, but not completely unheard of for oath scheduling in some offices.
I passed my interview and was told by the officer I should receive an oath ceremony within a month or two. That was on August 1. I haven't received a response from the last time I called to make a service request 3weeks ago. My Senator's office received an email from My local office saying I was still awaiting final approval and they could not provide a timeframe when that would happen. That's all the info I have received.

It sound's like you've waited long enough.
1- Contact USCIS. If you are close to the field office, set up an Infopass appointment and go in to see what is happening. If you are too far away to drive in for an appointment, call them and try to get a service request placed. Stress the fact that you applied 14 months ago. If
2- If you get no useful information out of USCIS, contact the office of your Congressional Representative or one of your Senators. They should have someone on their staff who will take your information and contact USCIS for you.
Good luck.
Thanks for the reply. I have called several times, did an info pass, had my Senator check on it and I'm only being told to wait. What do you mean "service request placed"?

My N400 case has been stuck at the New Orleans field office for over 14 months now. I had my interview almost 4 months ago, but still haven't received an oath ceremony date. Anyone else having the same problem?
