  1. In my experience for my son and have interview last week may 3,2016. I will say yes you need denial letter from crba. If you don't want any hassle later on. I already have the letter sometime last year but my mom mistake was not bringing it at the interview for my son. The interviewer may see that your husband is us citizen so the child may possible claim for us citizenship and will ask you to try or if you already did show the denial letter or no claim letter at the time of the interview. My son case still on AP and waiting for them to email us. Goodluck

  2. Ok I have this situation. I will apply for my son CRBA supposed to be fixed long time ago if the father of my child participate. But unfortunately after divorced he don't want any communication at all so it stop there. My son is born abroad and his father is us citizen. He was born when I am still married and his dad name was on Birth certificate. Also in our Divorce paper he mention his son name on it. I am now applying for my son CRBA so he can be with me here in states. NO, I am not us citizen yet, I am waiting for final interview on my n400. Do you think its gonna be issue if I signed for all the papers? I have power of attorney still not expired from my ex-husband stating I can execute all paperwork for dependent to travel. And beside I have all the proof that he is biological father.

  3. Hi! good day everyone. I am really worried on my interview. I got all documents ready and all but when I check my application copy I noticed that I other name used is blank and I remember I should put the name I used when I am single. I am using my name when I was married and now I am divorced and that name is the same on my green card. Another thing I am worried is I only put 2 kids but I pass my paper when I am pregnant so my 3rd son is not on the list. And I am employed that time just recently got unemployed. Please help me what I am going to do?
