Hey evrybody here my k1 case have been left nvc since 27 october i checked ceac site it said in transit than after a month or somthing untill now it say no data returns first i had problems with usics cause my fiance send it since september 2014 and they found out they make a mistake after she went to local office and talk with agents there we had to wait like 4 months for we receive the noa1 now the issues from embassy in my country they dont give no info about even if they receive the case we call nvc and they said they received 09/05/2015 we r in febrary rite now nd no news nd wat made me more stressfull even in ceac site our case dont exist anymore anyhelp plz

yes i had a petetion before and i get approuved with alien register number but i put terminiation visa process

and yes also they ask her bring the notary

my fiance apply with help of notary a petition i 129 f since 2 months we dont get NOA1 yet she called usics and they say they had the petition but they affect an appoinmet to my fiance at a local office asking her to bring at least 5 last weeks conversations between us and to pick with her the notary

ISNT WEIRD pls if anyone know whats going on he reply me
