Okays so now that I have had my rant ...I want to share my thanks to you all for all you amazing support. and encouragement. I was able to get my head on straight and the I-751 completed a sent in on 10/3 to Dallas,TX we are in Fort Worth, TX which is like 30 mins which is a bit late for the September but it shows 10/4 develier. Now the waiting begins.

So I am getting the packet together and I have just realized that I am going to get rejected! My Husband and I have a 22 month old daughter that was born with a congenital heart disease and we have spent the last 11 months of her life in the hospital. I had to quit my job back in 2016 and we have been living off my husband small salary. We don't have tons on pictures and our bank statement is always running just short of being negative. I am not on any of the bills because he took care of that while I took care of daughter.
I remember how much I had the first time i send in paperwork and how I have some much evidence this time we are just praying an sending what we have.
I am sorry I just needed to vent !!!! Back to work I go.....

It has been several months since I have shared with the couples of VJ, between work, school, traveling and pregnancy. I have been a little on the busy side however I wanted to just make sure of a few things husband and I have been on AP since back in December and on Sept 1 we received a call he went in and was given a green slip and advised to come back in on the following Thursday. The embassy kept his passport all he documents and his bio metrics screening. Anyone going through this or have any idea if this means he has finally received the long awaited approval and I should be ordering his airline ticket? Thank you all in advance for your assistance.

You want to check your case status and pay fees https://ceac.state.gov/ceac all you need is your case number (DKR) and your invoice number.

During my last visit my husband and I found out the we would be having our first child. After getting the go ahead from my doctor to travel back home.She also informed me the likelihood of being placed in bed rest once I reach my 5th month because of preexisting health issues. I will of course not be able to work and would need to lean on my spouse for full support. Since we have been placed on AP already is this information that I would be able to submit this Information the Dakar Embassy of lives have changed and with a great respect and understanding to the Immigration process I can not just keep waiting we jave been on AP since Dec 22,2015 until current. I know that this has not been very long so I wanted to get some insight from some others. Thank You in advance

Thank you for your thoughts I was just venting. I didn't have issue with polygamy sorry you have the wrong person. They did request more evidence and we provided more and now we have been waiting.more than 60 days and are now being adived it takes 90 days. Again thank you for the advice but I only needed to vent.

So we have been waiting since December 15th for a reason for my husband's AP or a responsor I have written into the embassy email for the last month. I have written my stateam representative, my congressman and Dakar keeps telling everyone that it will take several weeks upto 60 days.Which is total crud because we have not received any information about his AP or why he is still on AP. This is just unnecessary we I sent more information then everyone suggested and I get nothing but AP and it will be several weeks. I really don't like being messed around.

Good Afternoon, Evening everyone I wanted to check in after the holidays and give and update. Husband and I have been put on A/P. After he took over 600 pages of viber records and was told that he would receive a call. Does anyone have any advice on what to do. I am at the point that I am going to have go to Gambia. We take a trip to the embassy with him.

We onlu use Viber and he has an iPhone and it proactively has been erasing the messages I checked with Viber IT and was advised once they are going the messages have been deleted than that it so. Thank You sll for the tips.

I have a question husband went in on Tuesday and was advised that we didn't submitted enough proof of our communication we use Viber and Skype how I can only go back to March of this year eith messages and calls. I have nothing with Skype because the app updated a few months ago on my laptop without my knowledge.
He took 300+ pages of records and was told that was not enough. Any suggestions?

I will the hubbie and I have been having issue with him getting a package I mailed a month ago to him in Gambia but I have gotten him to reprint everything in the packet ...InshaAllah we will be approved on Tuesday when he goes.

Good Morning Everyone,
Husband has completed his Medical !!! He has the sealed envelope to take with him to his Interview on Tuesday.
This is how our Medical went he was able to get an appointment with Dr. Rahmi his appointment on Tuesday 12/8/15 @ 3pm. He said the visit it was a basic physical exam (height,weight,blood pressure, ect...) He was sent Wednesday Morning because he appointment was later in the day to get his Blood Work and X-rays completed.
You have to wait 24 hours for the blood work testing to get completed Friday Morning he returned to the Dr. Rahmi and he the sealed envelope and was advised to the the vaccination completed he went directly and had them done.....Medical complete !!!

I am the happiest man on earth .
After two years of filling , we were put in admin processing and were told to change the term on our marriage certificate because we had opted for polygamy .It took us 2 months to do that and what made it even more challenging is that I could not make the trip to Dakar .fortunately there were other ways to do that via the power of attorney
My wife was finally approved today for her visa without any setback .
thank God and thank all the support I have obtained from this forum .It gave me hope and helped me keep my sanity lol
particular thanks to all of you with whom I have been corresponding .
Feel free to ask me questions if you are going thru the same issue as I was ill be more than happy to give you my little cent.

Out of curiosity, has anybody called NVC recently and gotten through? I've been trying since last week with no luck. I wish they still had the AVR.
Just keep redialing until you get through took me about 15 or 17 redials but I was finally able to get through.
Also June filers each of you are in my prayers. Allah works in the best of ways. Please stay strong and stay encouraged. I know that we are with out better halves but we do have each other...Send hugs and love to everyone...

1- we will pay the fees by the mail , can we make money orders for the cases without sending the fee invoice depending on the site only ?
You have to have a INVOICE for each fee you are sending in by mail. Example:
Case 1 Invoice , Money order
Case 2 Invoice, Money order
Case 3 Invoice, Money order
Case 4 No Invoice No Money Order
2- can we send money order with $325 for the last case that they don`t ask about their money till now , or we must wait till it ask about the fees on the site?

Step 4: Collect financial documents
Step 5: Collect supporting documents
Step 6: Submit documents to the NVC
Included with this letter is the Immigrant Visa Fee invoice(s) you will need if you have to pay your Immigrant Visa Fee(s) by mail. If you did not receive an Immigrant Visa Fee Invoice for any applicant who should be listed on this case, do not submit a fee payment for the applicant. Instead, please contact the NVC and we will help you.
I would advised that you follow the instructions they have provided for you. Call the NVC about that 4th case

Hello, all of you! I guess our positive vibes did a good job - in early morning we got our petition approved!!!!!! (early morning in Russia I mean).
I am so nervous writing this right now and I hope to share this luck to all who are still waiting!
Now we`ll take a breath and wait for NVC to get our case ))))

Edition Date 07/02/15. (Starting 10/06/15, USCIS will only accept the 07/02/15 edition. Until then, you can use the 03/22/13 edition.) The edition date can be found at the bottom of the page on the Form and Instructions.
