  1. USPS looks like is ruining out process again(yes really, they forgot to delivery our interview mail during AOS and we got to the point where we got a denial mail).

I was provided a tracking number for my mailed card which it says sent 6/26 and originally the tracking said I would receive by 6/28. However, it is 6/29 and now the tracking doesn't give any estimated delivery date and just says "transit to next facility." Nothing in the mail.

Anyone had this? Based on the sending location (KY) and my address (CA), this should be received in 2 days through priority mail but it is the 3rd day and nothing. Anyone having this issue?

I read on other websites that if they lost the mail and never gets delivered, I gotta pay filing fee (~$500) and wait another 6 months( yeah right, probably like 1 yr)

  2. Not many people stays on this topic if they get what they need (approvals) so I wouldn't really rely much more than the fact that Dec 2016 people are getting their approvals and some got their RFEs.

When I looked at Nov, this was the same case. People who were keep following were the ones who still were waiting/RFEs/issues.

Honestly, I would like to follow this thread more but when people tend to get what they need in life, we just tend to move on.. sad truth

Hi everyone, I see that several December filers are still waiting, and we are too!  Our NOA was received the first week of December.  But when I look at the app, many cases before and after our's are showing the February glitch message.   I just don't think they have processed all of December 2016 yet.

I would infopass for sure.. I originally had mine schedule for tmr just in case something is going on.

Not to scare you but when we filed our AOS, the mailman for some reason did not delivery our interview letter to us. Worst nightmare.

I called tier 2 officer, was on 3 hr wait, told the interview day has already been passed. Made the infopass and went straight for help. Luckly we got rescheduled and good things happened afterwards.

With all these system glitches and delays, I wouldn't just rely on what the website tells us at the moment.. I would spend few hours of my day just to check in to see where I would be at.. just my thoughts. Hope it goes well with you truly.

BTW, I received my approval mail yesterday, mail is dated 6/20. Just got DHS website telling me the card has been mailed but no tracking number. Reg USCIS website hasn't update since the "card production" update. All updates are being made on the DHS website.

    New Card Is Being Produced

On June 20, 2018, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number WAC17081XXXXXXX, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I am assuming this is an approval if I understand correctly? I got an email + text and this is the reg USCIS my case status. Nothing changed in DHS, still the Feb glitch.

    No RFE, no N400..

I guess I do not need to go into infopass.

I hope more people get approved today. I know how it feels waiting and see others getting approve even though if we feel happy for them, truly it is hell of worrying.

I will update what happens next.

I would personally make infopass for anyone who here do not have any updates on their cases.

For those of you still waiting, we are too.  We called in and asked for a status update request which was sent to the CSC.  We were supposed to receive some update by the 20th, but still nothing.  We still have the Feb 26 glitch message.  BTW, for those of you who have moved, at what point did you change your address with the USCIS?  We are moving next month, and I'm a little worried about changing the address, especially now, since it seems that any day we might hear some news.  Any thoughts?  I'd greatly appreciate any input!  Do you change your address before the move?  After?  Well before?  A couple days before?  Thanks in advance!

I am still waiting too and moved once in Feb 2018 and again on May 2018. I did the address change within first 10 days. I am thinking this might have caused delay and afraid mails might got lost too.

Just to be on the safe side, I made an infopass to verify the address change and see if there are any updates to my case. I would suggest you do the usps forwarding and change the address. Also I would do an infopass after couple weeks.

I will let you guys know what happens at the infopass next wednesday. Until then lets just all enjoy life and do our things haha

  6. Hmm I think I need to go make info pass to see what is going on here with my case haha. Do you guys think they will tell me what is going on? I feel like the mycase is just total bs and full of glitch for some of us and tier 1 officers are total useless.

We did move twice in last 6 months (sold home, had to rent an apartment temporarily, and move to our new home we purchased, all three different counties but same state). I did set up PO box and did address change all that..not sure if that is the cause of the delay but I tried to stay positive but this is just going nowhere. Everyone is getting approved except for few of us here hahaha

Maybe I need to stop following this thread for awhile haha

The immigrant spouse will fill out the online form AR-11 within 30 days of a change of address.  If your U.S citizen spouse was your sponsor he/she will mail form I-865 within in 10 days of the address change. See the links:

    https://www.uscis.gov/ar-11

    https://www.uscis.gov/i-865

    Thank you!

I did change my spouses (Applicant) using the online change of address. When completed, I received a filled form of AR-11, which I don't think I also need to submit.

For me, can I also change the address using the online change of address? Not sure if this is the same system I can use for I-865.

    Thank you

  8. Hi All

Quick question, I just moved from LA County to OC County so I need to do change of address.

    1. is AR 11 only thing we need to file? Also do we do two AR 11 for each case numbers(I believe everyone here has 2 case numbers)?

    2. Is updating the address on online an option? Or should I still file AR 11 as well?

    3. I see someone mentioning something about we need to change CRI89 (not sure what this exactly is) address as well? Can someone explain to me what this is?

  9. Hi All,

Quick question.. my wife is a December filer and we just went to Los Angeles USCIS office by infopass to get her I-551 stamp (Her extension letter extends her residency until 02/05/2018, so we went about a month before expiration date).

She did get her I-551 stamp on her Passport (Extending it to Jan 1st 2019) but they made a hole in her expired 2 yr conditional physical card and took it away. I re-asked if they are suppose to take the card and the officer said yes.

Is this normal? Just double checking..

Also the officer informed that they are expecting I751 cases to be approved within 1yr 3 months to 1yr 6months.

    Thanks all

  10. Hi All,

Had this question posted on Dec 17 topic but thought I would create separate post just in case this question was never addressed previously. (sorry I couldn't find it and sorry for repeating questions)

Quick question.. I've filed the I-751 on Dec 12/19/2016 and NOA is 12/20/2016 and Biometrics is 01/26/2017.

    1. I did not send the IRS Tax Transcripts when sending the i-751 package. Instead I send the tax return copies. I know this might cause me to receive a RFE. So recently I requested the transcripts and got them through the mail. Should I send the tax transcripts now? or wait until "If" I get the RFE.

Anyone have links to samples on how to send additional documents?

    2. I did not change the address through AR-11 (we moved twice since receiving conditional greencard back in Feb 2015) when fililng the I-751 but did use the current address and received NOA and biometric appointment letters to my current address. Should I still file for the AR-11 now? I heard that if I use my current address when filing I-751 I shouldn't have problems but some people are saying we should.

    Thank you All!

  12. Yeah H&R Block has software that can upload your w2 to the return or even download it from the IRS I believe to generate it into your tax form. I believe if you actually look at what was printed out when you "printed out your HR block return" youll see it had a computer generated image of the w2 somewhere in the packet. (maybe it doesnt look 'pretty' and all square like, but all the coding from the W2 stating the amounts and control numbers are there so it can be verified- making it an acceptable copy of a w2)

I just submitted my i-751 and I submitted "Copies" from TurboTax.com for 2014 and 2015.

I believe when I did my taxes, I uploaded my W2 online and turbotax did some magic to fill them out.

The reason I did not request for tax transcript to file is because I only sent the copies of my taxes when filing for AOS.

I guess I will need to request for Tax Transcript if you are correct on this.

I found two options to obtain the tax transcript, Mail or Online. Which one is preferred over the other?

    Thanks all
