  1. Actually, since there's usually such a big gap between the interview date and the time when you send in the DS160, it is okay not to have them all in hand when you send it in. It is crucial to check all the boxes on the checklist that apply to you though.

All you have to submit for them to issue you an interview date is:

    1. The DS 160 Confirmation page

    2. Your checklist

    3. Your USC's financial information and affidavit of support.

Once they have all that info, they should issue you an interview date in 1-2 weeks.

Once they issue you the interview date in 1-2 weeks how much longer is the actual date of the interview? 1 mo? Thx meagan:)

  2. It's definitely allowed but they may or may not interview you. I have a friend that went to his wife interview and he said they asked him most of the questions. I think it shows that you care enough about her that you went out of your ways. That can't be bad. I plan to go april but there's no point cus the interview is most likely in June. Idk yet I guess I have to wait for noa2 first then decide what to do next.

  3. It's actually 2 mo lol my fiancé is in pp too. You think it take 6 mo for the noa2? I look at the VJ flow chart, it seem like from the reception of noa2 it takes 3 mo to get an interview. Not sure if it's true. Will you attend the interview? I want too but it's hard to take time off work when you have no clue when the interview is...

You should get yours soon bro cus your at 6 mo right?
