Hiroshi, I received an email 8/16 that my card was mailed and I received it today 8/18. It's going to be in a usps priority mail.

Hello everyone! I received my 10 yr gc today. I was interviewed in 7/20/15 and got approved same day. Received my welcome letter 7/26/15. 8/18/15 got my GC. Now working for my DL. September 1 is my road test at MVA.

MrsHopkins thank you. The IO did not separate us. And only additional evidence they asked was the 2014 ITR. How many days/weeks you've waited for your gc after you interview?

Good morning fellow December Filers!

We had our interview yesterday 7/20/2015 @ 11am in Baltimore, MD.

The IO was so nice. We were asked few simple questions.

For hubby(PETITIONER)

1. Beneficiary's full name, birthday, place of birth.

2. IO asked if he met my family

3.Where/when did we meet? When was the actual meeting? ( in person)

4. When did he propose ?

5. Date/place of our marriage.

6. Who attended the wedding? Reception/party after the wedding.

7.Name of our 2 children

Questions for the beneficiary.(me)

1. Full name of my husband.

2. Birth date/place

3. Info about hubby's previous marriage.

4. IO asked me if all husband's family lives in MD.

5. She also asked if I have plan in going home for a vacation.

After that she told us that our 2 children are our strong evidence and she's approving the petition/application. She also told us that I will be getting my 10 yrs GC in 30-45 days.

Here is my timeline:

3/28/2008 Arrived in US on B2 visa

6/09/2008 Got married

12/29/2014 Concurrently filed I-130/I-485

01/02/2015 Received text/mail from USCIS

01/07/2015 Received hard copy NOA1

01/16/2015 Received Biometrics appointment notice

01/30/2015 Biometrics and received RFE on Medical

02/02/2015 Online status changed to "Ready to Schedule for Interview.

02/27/2015 Received a text/email notification that EAD was mailed

03/03/2015 Received EAD

03/10/2015 Applied SSN

03/14/2015 Received SSN card

03/20/2015 Went to MVA. Took and passed written driving test

03/28/2015 Received my Learner' Permit

06/20/2015 Received Interview notice

07/20/2015 Interview 11am

07/20/2015 4pm Received Text/email Card for Production, I-130 case is Approved

To those who already received their GC how long did you wait after your interview?

I filed my AOS 12/29/14. My status changed to Ready to Schedule for Interview 2/2/15. I recieved my notice of schedule 6/20/15. My interview is on Monday 7/20/15. Baltimore, MD is my local office.

I filed my AOS on 12/29/14. My status was updated to Ready to Schedule for Interview on 2/4/15. I just recieved my notice for interview from the mail yesterday 6/20. Interview will be on 7/20. My status online didn't change at all.

Finally, after a long wait I recieved my schedule for interview last Saturday.

Filed 12/29/14

Interview will be on 7/20/15.

MrsHopkins I filed 12/29/14. My status changed to Ready to Schedule for Interview in 02/04/15, but unfortunately until now no update. I am thinking if I don't hear from them until August I'm going to get an infopass. Do you think that would help?

Hi Mayfield. Our status are the same. Since 2/4/15 it has changed to " Ready to Schedule for Interview", but until now no update. My local field office is in Baltimore, MD. I hope we'll get an update soon.

Hello everyone! I'm here again to ask a question. Anyone here took the learner's permit in driving? I just called the MVA here in our area and I was told by the lady that I need to have a gc inorder to take the test.

I got my SS card too today after 4 days.

EAD/AP approved for spouse and myself today. Card production ordered. How long does it take for them to ship out the card after card production ?

My EAD was approved on 2/26, mailed 3/4 and received 3/6.

I will go to the SSA office next week and give it a try. I thought of renewing my passport first but it will take 8-12 weeks before I get my new one. Thank you again.

AntonyDraga, thank you for your reply. Another question, did they ask for your passport when you applied for your SSN? Mine has expired and that worries me.

I filed my AOS using my expired passport. I also used it when I had my biometrics. So, you are good. Good Luck!

Are you filling up G-1145 e-notification?

I think your cover letter is fine. I just filed mine too last December 2014. Same as yours concurrently filed for I-130/I-485.
