Hi, i was k1 before, as i remembered 3 months i got my 2 years greencard. I don't remember my Sss how many weeks i got it. But if you worried. My advice is u call the Embassy to make sure. You keep follow up your wife's status. U call the Embassy.  Coz as i know since trump elected as the president some application now is delayed. 

hi vj, i am filing my form i-751 removing conditions on residence. i check in uscis calculator when i file my i-751. my greencard expiration date is October 1, 2016, and the USCIS calculator show the Earliest Accepted Filing Date: July 03, 2016. that day is sunday no post office. and july 4 is holiday too. so is that ok i file july 5.? please give me an advise. thank you

Hi good eve vj, i want to ask about the case of my daughter judy jolee, we came here in USA as K1 and K2 last march 27, 2014. and we filed together already form I-485 last May 19, 2014, and i have already green card. but my daughter still don't have greencard, and i don't have received any approved notice until now. the last update for my daughter case status is on last Aug.2014 for her biometrics photo taken. my daughter still 2 years old. i just want to know why the status of my daughter still pending? is she have green card too even she is under age? please help me vj. thank u.
