Can someone please tell me what form to use for the vaccinations. Do not need medical exam just vaccinations.

Visa is ready for pick up. Picking it up tomorrow morning. We want to fly back to the states tomorrow afternoon. Is it safe to go ahead and buy the tickets to fly out the same day as we pick up the visa?

We are using the one in pap. It says "issued" today. How long should I wait to go up there and see if it's ready?

I have been calling the NVC to find out if they have recvd my case. Every time I call they tell me they haven't recvd it. USCIS is no help. When I called NVC last week the lady asked me to read the first sentence on the approval. She said my case would be sent there. Then today another lady asked me the same things and then says it is being sent directly to the consulate in Haiti. She said not all cases get sent to the NVC and she could explain why.

I'm lost!

quick question did any of you have to comply with the ridiculously obscene and unrealistic vaccination requirements?

My fiancee did some research i am looking at about $400, double that with her daughter.

not only that some of the vaccines need to be administered over a period of 6 months, and another isn't even available in the country?

where are you guys at with this?

Can someone help me. I'm confused. The U.S. embassy for haiti states that I have fill out a DS 160. But the https://ceac.state.gov/CEAC/website says DS 260 under the immigration visa.
