every time we call we get the computerized reply, how can we talk to a human , whats the number everyone is calling

No news on the transfers for existing cases..... this is really upsetting!

In Cuba almost every cuban is part of the PCC (Communist Party of Cuba) but they are afraid to come clean on the interview every time the question pops up. They are afraid their visa gets denied if they say they are part of it.

What's the best option, come clean or tell a white lie?

We're holding up pretty well but I just want my life back to normal... now I life planning my next trip to be with him, I'm afraid I'm gonna lose my job because I used all my vacation days and sick days already.... but I guess there's nothing we can do but wait.

TSC needs to hire more people to speed up a little.... Is not fair to us, we paid the same money as the people being processed at CSC.. and we need our approvals in time.

Has anyone been transfered lately from TSC to CSC???? My case has been there for 4 months now and still no response or any other indication they are working on it. I'm a little bit desperate here

USCIS case status is showing my case was received on Nov 7th.. but still no ARN changed or anything. Should I be worry??

I filled on November 4th and I got my first text/email on 11/13/14. Not yet received my NOA1 on the mail. My case is being processed in TSC and I see that a lot of people was transferred from TSC to CSC. All I want is my fiance here for my birthday on July 19th
