Im currently legally in the states on a B1 B2 visa,but i really wanna stay in the states. The problem is,gettn a kob is hard and also im thinkn of applying for college or masters from here and changing my status to F1. What i wanna know is what is the implication of getting a tax ID and then applying for change of status as a student or the implications in the future on my fiance o wife filing for me for green card or residency. If there are any adverse effects basically.
