Hi Vincent Chu,
I see you have filed for Removing conditions on GC along the same timeline as I did. You have mentioned that you received,
2017 Oct 31 - CSC postmarked official I-797C, Notice of Action for NOA1 with Receipt Date 10/30/2017 - 3 days from receipt of packet
2017 Nov 01 - CSC processed ACH payment for I-751 application and biometrics fee - 3 days2017 Nov 03 - D received official I-797C, Notice of Action for NOA1 via mail - 7 days
Did you receive 2 Notice of Action letters? I am getting worried now, as I received only one Notice of Action I-797, with Receipt Date :10/30/2017. It has been 3 months now and still did not receive any letter since then. You mentioned about "Infopass appointment". What is that?
Thanks in advance,
Ash

Hi Ash,
Sorry to confuse you... no, I only received 1 NOA. I just like getting into the details... the earlier date was when the CSC actually postmarked it on 10/31 (based on the stamp on the envelope). Then 11/3 was when we actually received that mail in our mailbox and had the NOA in hand.
No need to worry as the processing time is still a way out there. To ease any anxiousness though... here are some next steps you can take.
1) call USCIS 1-800 number and clearly mention that you have not received biometrics. They will do the typical song and dance that it’s not near processing time yet... (I see your post that you did this already... does this inquiry number start with SR?)
2) Submit a Service Request over the phone or online. It normally takes about 2 weeks for them to respond with an update. The common response people get is that they have added them to the ASC appointment scheduled to wait a couple more weeks for biometrics. If that still hasn’t come after about a month since SR entered...
3) Make an INFOPASS appointment online for your local ASC. Bring whatever letters you have received, explain your situation of still no receiving biometrics and it’s been over 90 days. See what they do... otherwise... this is also a good time just to ask question. I assure that having talked to an ASC support staff or officer will reduce your worry.
Best of luck!
