Hey guys question.. on the DS-160 there wasn't a option anywhere to upload a photo. it only had a picture spac and it said bring pictures to interview ...is this normal?

I sent the original I-129F package and everything needed for the interview.

I receive my NOA2 ON June 10...June 23 They sent it to NVC....today I called and received my Case number and was told that they sent my case to the consulate in Ethiopia on July 6....I have sent my Finance a copy of the original packet and everything needed for the interview...but I have a couple of questions....what am I to do from here?.... my fiance has everything done but the Ds160 and his police clearance and interview ...because they said they need a form...I guess letter from the embassy...

And the affadavit of support wants the annual salary before taxes correct?

Hey guys I hope a lot of you guys have and are still receiving their approvals. I have a question...I received a notification through email today about post decision activity after receiving my notice of approval hard copy in the mail June 16 what does this mean?

Ok cool.i I got my hard copy in the mail tuesday and I did see the alien number... I am planning to mail my fiancé a copy of the original petition,affidavit,employment letter,tax returns,and proof of ongoing relationship.do I now just keep checking USCIS website ? I need my case number to do Ds-160 right ?

The Alien-Number will be printed on the NOA-2. We received our paper copy 6 days after the email notification. And now we wait to be forwarded to NVC. It is day 11 and our status online has not been updated yet.I'll probably give it until the end of the week and the start calling NVC anyway.

Hey guys just a couple more questions? How long should it take for me to get the hard copy of my NOA2 in the mail? Do I have to wait for it or can I call NVC? Also should my fiance have an alien number? , or the only number that is important is the case number? and do I need to have some sort of wedding plans for my fiance to show at his interview? So far I have my wedding dress and we plan to have a small ceremony with my family but haven't booked a place because we are unsure of the time everything takes.

Also do I continue to use USCIS website to track my case or when I get my hard copy I will wait for the case number and track through NVC? Lol last question being that my embassy schedules the interview date can I get medical done early or I need the packet first?

So after a lonnnnng wait, I am still overwhelemed with emotion to know that we have finally been approved. My question now is what happens from here? I know i must send my finace a complete copy of my package that I sent and the Hard Copy of the NOA2. I have always read the K-1 Guides. However, i can't seem to find any infor on how the Ethiopian Embassy handles interviews. I want us to be prepared. Also what should I expect to get in the mail, how long is the process from here? I just called , the guy was polite but I got the generic response that the reason that they haven't gotten to my case right now was because they are processing August Petitions However, he didn't automatically tell me no, he took a long time to tell me because he was asking if I was military , and my zip code as well. Did anyone else get asked these questions?

Hey guys congrats to all of those who have received approvals...I'm praying for one soon.i have a question which probably has been discussed but I missed it. Is it too early for my fiancé to start getting his stuff done for the medical ?He already has police certificate and proof he's never been married I just want to make sure that there isn't a timeframe that everything has to fall within. I can't seem to find much info on Ethiopia up here however I want to be ahead of the game when my time comes. Thanks in advance!

Im am the petitioner and I made the same mistake.I haven't been approved yet but it does worry me a lot. However, I was given the same advice you were... im hoping all is well with mine. Good luck on your interview.

Anyone with experience error on i129F filed by petitioner? Fiance had my second name as middle following u.s format, but my middle name in my local id's and docs including passport is my moms maiden. I already received the letter from embassy informing me of my eligibility for interview when we realized this error.... Please help anyone?
