I have few questions about my mom's case. She is from Vietnam, she is a green card holder since 2010, she came, stayed for about 3 months and left U.S. She also hsa gotten a CA ID, SS#. If she wants to come back to the states now will she be allowed to? Or should I re-apply her from the beginging or can she come as a tourist (non imigrant visa)?
