How soon are they supposed to send this letter? And what if they delay?

We are supposed to file papers for removing conditions within 90 days. So let's say, if my GC expires in February, we are filing in November. What happens if your GC expires in February but USCIS still didn't send a new GC? Are we eligible to work in this case?

Thanks Lainie, I was also thinking the same, it shouldn't be a big problem, besides they are notarized which it means our friends had to show their IDs.

I need an advice. We are preparing I-751 form to remove conditions. We have two letters from our friends (friends affidavits) as required but we forgot to tell them to put their dates of birth. The letters have address and full name and they are notarized but without date of birth. Is it a big mistake if we send them just like that. Or shall we ask our friends just to write their date of birth at the bottom? I don't know what to do. Please help, if you had an experience of sending such letters.
