hello again thx for answer, my problem is not how to apply for her for visa to Algeria , what am asking is when because we don't know when the interview date yet so we are confused on to get her to fly same week as the interview take place and we know when she applies for Algerian visa it might take 2 weeks or more, so we can spare 3 weeks together and in case visa approval i would be able to make the trip back to the us with her, sorry if i was not clear enough and anyone that had experience with Algerian embassy could maybe guide us on what to do at the right time thanks.

Hello VJ members, My fiance and I just got our NOA 2 after a long wait ,thank god we are so excited about meeting again . Now we are wondering how to plan her visa request so she can be here for the interview in Algeria with me, knowing that its valid only 1 month, idk if its possible to have more than 1 month somehow so she can fly whenever she wants to, hope anyone knowledgeable to guide us so she can come during the first week when interview take place and leave us enough time afterward to spend with family and preparations , much help would be appreciated . thank you very much Guys.

ty all for for you replies, what we are worried about that we wouldnt get NOA 2 Since we still waiting on it, the case could be denied way befor reaching the embassy.

Sry forgot to add on 2 of the pictures she labeled them Traditional religious wedding ceremony, is there way to fix it, we are realy worried we got it messed up much help is appriciated thx...

sry if this topic was posted in wrong place but didnt know where to post it so made a new topic, to explain our situation...

i am an Algerian guy thats in middle of K1 visa process and was going through topics when i found some topics talking about religious ceremony, so my fiancé and i had a religious engagement ceremony since a couple cant be together until throwing an engaement party and exchanged rings along with witnesses nothing official on paper , so like we had pictures of the party and my fiancé wrote in the back traditional religious ring ceremony instead of engagement ceremony, will this be a problem with our paperwork when USCIS review the case,

Any helpful response would be greatly appreciated.
