Hi Everyone, I have a quick question, If we have filed our I751 for the removal of conditions, and the temporary(Two Year) green card has expired, is there any way to receive permission to travel outside the country?

Thank You for your response. I managed to talk with a person at USCIS and they said most likely it is a computer glitch, but, they won't know for 48 hours. I have to wait. Hopefully an NOA2 comes....Fingers Crossed.

I just got an email notification that my case was reopened(I wasn't aware that it was closed. We received our NOA1 on June 18, 2014 and now when I check the website this is what I see:

On December 4, 2014, we reopened your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number SRC************, and mailed you a notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your reopening notice by January 3, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Has anyone else had any experience with this type of notice? I am really nervous!

Ayla_42 My status is showing the same thing, and it freaked me out, so I googled it. When I did I found this thread. The good news for us is our NOA1 dates are exactly the same, also both of us are at the Texas service center and our fiancé's are from the Netherlands. Maybe it is just a computer glitch on the USCIS end, but, I am hoping and praying, the wait for the NOA2 is soon coming to an end.
