Mine is IR5. I have contacted both embassy and NVC and they said I have to wait for the interview and nothing wrong with my documents or etc.

IR1 and IR5 have the highest priority. Where did you see that people with Nov 20221 got their interview?

yes it used to be different for Turkish citizen and residents for several month due to coivd but it's back to the regular process regardless of nationality. You can see it for yourself:

Ankara is super busy. We have been DQed in June 2020 and have not got an interview yet!

prepare to wait for a year or more, I have submitted mine June 2020 and have not got an interview yet.

Have you seen this new USCIS Processing Times? I guess forwarding a case to a field office is not a good news anymore!

I believe they send an email a few days after someone signs up to give them an update on their case.

I just signed up and I am showing my case was received three times. Originally my case was submitted on April 8th, 2017 but I am not sure why it is saying my case was received on Feb2018 as well? Anyone got any clue?

Yes, I do. USCIS says:

"If their post-completion OPT expires while the 17-month extension application is pending, students who timely filed their STEM extension applications with USCIS will receive an extension of employment authorization after their current employment authorization expires, but for no more than 180 days. "
