priority is still different.
people with November 2021 DQ dates are getting interviews now. Something is wrong with yours. Is it for CR1 or IR1?
Mine is IR5. I have contacted both embassy and NVC and they said I have to wait for the interview and nothing wrong with my documents or etc.
IR1 and IR5 have the highest priority. Where did you see that people with Nov 20221 got their interview?

i think the process is different for non Turkish citizens. My husband is Turkish citizen
yes it used to be different for Turkish citizen and residents for several month due to coivd but it's back to the regular process regardless of nationality. You can see it for yourself:

Have you seen this new USCIS Processing Times? I guess forwarding a case to a field office is not a good news anymore!

I did a couple days ago and received an email saying there are no updates on my case yet, they will let me know if they need anything and that the last time action was taken on July 20 2017...that’s when I completed my biometrics..Ou well..the wait is almost over. These little updates are better than dead silence
I did the same and got the same reply. Good luck to us.

It's because your local office received it in February of 2018. Service centers are sending the cases to our local offices due to the back log. That's what I am gathering...Hopefully this means things will speed up.
Thanks Bella for replying back to me. I am not seeing any "local offices" in their messages. How do you know it's been sent to the local offices?

Hi guys, currently I'm on opt and it will be expire on January. I am going to to file i-765 with my i-485 based on the marriage. Now I was wondering since my current EAD has been obtained through my F1 student visa what option should I select among the following:
also on number 16 which has 3 fields
should I just input ©(9) ? it only will cover 2 fields though!I'd really appreciate if you guys can help me out.Thanks.

hasn't anyone tried this before?

This is the first I've heard of this; do you have an official source?
Yes, I do. USCIS says:
-
Hey guys,I'm on OPT right now and my EAD(Employment Authorization Document) will expires on Jan 2015. I could extend my OPT if my company had signed up withEverify but they have not and they are not willing to do so. I am going to file i-485 through my wife but at least it will take 3 month to get a new EAD and Ineed to work for living seriously. This is what I am going to do and I want to consult you guys first. I want to file i-765 through my employer and I know that I will get a RFE from USCIS toprovide Everifiy evidences and will be given 3 month to send the evidence back to them which means I can still work within the next 3 month. ( As you mayknow, if you have EAD and get a RFE, it will extend the expiration of your EAD card whitin 3 month until you send back what they need). On the other side I am going to file i-485 and i-765 through my wife after I receive the RFE, so while I am waiting for my new EAD I can work too.I know it's so complicated but do you think is this plan going to work and if not please tell me your reasons.Thank you all.
