  1. Have you filed your DS-260 yet at NVC? If not, then nothing about this process will affect your travels, and certainly not to other countries, so don't worry about that. Either you leave it and after 12 months of no action, NVC will assume you abandoned your application. Or your US spouse can withdraw his petition for you.

Edit: Sorry about your marriage ending. :(

No, I dont complete DS-260. So probably Im not going to have problems in the future right? Thank u so much.

  2. You should simply write a letter, saying you want to withdraw the petition. Remember to enclose the copy of your NOA-1 and to state the reason for the withdrawal. Then send it to the address of the Service Center you have in your NOA-1. In about a month you will receive the withdrawal notice from them.

That will in no way affect your ability to travel abroad.

Even if the petition is in NVC? I am in the step where u collect and submit the documents!

They only want the applicant's documents, not the petitioner's.

Only a few countries are eligible for scanning and emailing attachments to the NVC, what are the first 3 letters of the case number?

Our first 3 letters are "SNT".

An also I have another cuestion about affidavit of support form t-864EZ Can my petitioner send the information about the last year TAX (2014), can be optional the last 3 years? Or is obligation the last 3 taxes information? I'm asking this because i dont have information about 2012, and 2013 taxes, because he was university student.

  4. I am a US citizen and recently got married in Chile. We have completed all the forms for my wife and her daughter who is 5 yrs old. We are about to file all the necessary paperwork for the both of them. My question is can my wife and her daughter come visit me while the paperwork is being Filed. My wife being from Chile is part of the visa waiver program. She traveled here last summer with no problems but we were not married. So if she travels here while were filing paperwork will she have problems entering the country and cause problems with receiving a k3 visa?
