Hello Everyone,
My mom is currently completing the i-864 form, now her petition for my 2 brothers (both under 21) has been approved at the same time and NVC only ask for 1 AOS payment for both of the process.
Question, does my she need to fill out two separate I-864 forms?
please help. Thank you so much in advance! -

Are you the petitioner for your brother (ie, F4 sibling visa case)? What is the case Priority Date (PD)?
No, my mom is.

Hello All,
Hope all is well.
We received an email from NVC that we can now begin filing application with the NVC for my brother
What do I do next? Do I pay first before I fill out forms and submit requirements?
thank you!

When you file online, you will be asked to attach certain documents depending on your case. Other documents you feel may benefit your case can be attached under "additional documents", however; I prefer that you attached ONLY requested documents, and other documents can be with your mother when she goes for the interview to use them if needed.
okay, Thank you

Hello Everyone,
I am helping my mom applying for citizenship online. Now, are reviewing the application and noticed that on the PDF there are some questions left unanswered, that we did not see online. Has anyone had this issue? Here are the questions left
Part 2. Information About You (Person applying for naturalization) (continued)
13. Exemptions from the English Language Test -
Part 12. Additional Information About You (Person Applying for Naturalization) (continued)
13. Between March 23, 1933 and May 8, 1945, did you work for or associate in any way (either directly or indirectly) with:
Lastly, since I am helping my mom I had my self as her Preparer - however online does not give me option to check box A I am not an attorney or accredited representative but have prepared this application on behalf of the applicant and with the applicant's consent under Preparer's Statement.
I appreciate any help I can get on this.
Thank you so much!

You, her primary sponsor, must submit an I-864 with all supporting documentation (including tax information) at the NVC stage. Also, please understand that all IR-5 visas have been suspended until 2021 at the earliest.
Thank you, however my mom is applying for her citizenship, do we still have to fill out I-864?

Hello Everyone,
Hope all is well.
I am applying on behalf of my mom online. Now, my question is do I attached the proof of Tax Return online or my mom will have to take it with her on the interview.
Thank you for your help

Totally incorrect, if you are doing the filling you are the preparer and if she doesn’t speak english and you are translating the questions you are the translator. Honesty is the golden ticket with immigration.
Okay, thank you so much!

Hello All,
I am helping my mom with her application. Should I check both Boxes with Interpreter/Preparer?
Also, is it best to apply online or by mail?
Thank you very much in advance!

You can find them at the top right corner on her immigrant visa! The first one is the DOS Case ID (NVC number) and the one right under it is the A number
WOW!
Thank you so much for speedy response!

Hello all,
First and foremost, I would like to thank YOU all for helping me once again, my Mama is finally here in US.
For those that still in process and waiting for visa, know that i am praying for speedy process.
Anyways, my mom showed me this paper that required $165 to get her GC, it requires her A-Number and DOS Case ID however, unfortunately she don't have a copy of her Immigrant Data Summary any longer .
I was wondering if you can advise me where to find her A-Number and DOS Case ID.
TIA.

Exactly 11:11pm (pacific time) our ceac status is ISSUED. I want to take this moment to thank everyone here in VJ, you have been a great help-- even before when I started my own immigration journey and now for my mom. You've shared my frustrations and understand my emotions like no other. And above all, thank you LORD JESUS! HE has been my strength through this! 2 nights ago, I cried to GOD. And said Sorry for being so impatient, maybe I am just one of HIS many spoiled children. ✌️ I told HIM, "I can't carry the burden and stress of waiting anymore. I give it all to you now, please dad-- carry it and give me calmness and peace." And yay! Truly HE listens, HE answers. All glory to our LORD JESUS! And praying for everyone here that they'll receive the good news soon. You may lose your patience but don't lose your FAITH to GOD. Trust. Believe!
Happy DANCE!
Congratulations!!! This is such an inspiration.
I look forward for my mom’s and everyone here that still waiting to get our visa ASAP.
I can’t wait to have my mama here too!

Hello All,
Help here please!
My mom had her interview this morning, as per her they are requesting for new NBI clearance with her A.K.A, however she was not told where to send it to..
I was wondering if anyone has this experience or anyone can advise me on where can we send NBI once we obtain, and also, do we need to send original or just a photocopy?TIA.

Pay stub are not listed as required, or even listed as suggested. If newly employed they would be handy, but otherwise - don't bother just have the most recent tax return and W2... those are listed.
Pay stub for your co sponsor, yes.
Barangay clearance = NO
Pay stubs are not required. May be helpful if you are with a new employer.
Follow the embassy instructions letter for what is required.
Thank you so much for your help

Hello All,
sooo, i am finalizing the package for my mom (AOS & IV).
I run to this questions
on IV packet - Do I need to include Barangay Clearance?
also, on AOS - Do i need to get 7months paystub for me and the sponsor? Or how many paystubs did you include in the AOS?
Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello Again,
I am completing the DS 260 for my mom and one of the question is regarding vaccination. My mom does not have any record of immunization any longer, please help me how should i answer this question?
Also, when she go for a medical at St Lukes, will she be getting these vaccines?
Thank you!

Yes, on item 13, the sponsor is YOU, write your name. The "indicate number", you should write the number of people you are petitioning on that form only.
Item 15, spouse name will be your spouse, indicate the number of person you are petitioning.
Example, of you are petitioning your parents (write number 1 on each form) because they have separate case numbers.
Thank you very much
-
No on the I-864 that is your husband's name. And since you petitioned only your mother then the answer is 1 and her name would go into 13a.
This form is for multiple visa types so just be aware that some questions may not make sense for your visa type but they would for others.
Thanks so much
-
Unless your "household" income is less than is required you'll be fine. Your husband will combine his income with yours as a household member and use the I-864a. You will use the I-864.
awesome! thank you so much for your reply - i appreciated your help...
would you happen to know also how i should answer the question the number being asked? Should i answer 1 being i am only petitioning for one? Here's question.
13. I, THE SPONSOR _is this me?? being i am the petitioner and sponsor__ (print name) in consideration of the household member's promise to support the following intending immigrant(s) and to be jointly and severally liable for any obligations I incur under the affidavit of support, promise to complete and file an affidavit of support on behalf of the following __I am petitioning for 1, should i answer 1?___________ (indicate number) named intending immigrant(s) (see Step-by-Step instructions)
