Hi all, I had my interview today for the K1 visa at the sydney office. My express post envelope was not taken by the officer, even after I went back upstairs to check why. They said the envelope was not needed for the k1 visa, which I am puzzled by.... I have read everywhere else that it is? Has anyone had this problem?! I am now currently freaking out that my visa will take forever to reach me! Thanks in advance!

Hi all, just had the medical done, which was an easy, yet long and costly process! Hoping everyone's cases are moving though quickly!

My fiancé called at 4am on the dot PST on two different occasions, and was on hold for approx 45mins each. Maybe try and call this early or just before they close. Not sure if this helps, but I assume it's better that calling mid morning or midday! Received packet 3 today via email and got our interview date - 31st march. I'm planning to book a ticket 2 weeks after.. I'm supposing this is sufficient time?!

Just got confirmation that my package has been received and signed for at Sydney embassy!!!!! DHL tracking has been great.. It's nice to see where it's at etc along the way! Now to find out when the interview is!

Hi all, wondering if anyone can tell me the exact fees to pay.. I'm currently very confused!!! My status on CEAC says 'in transit' to my consulate so I'm lost as to what and also when to pay?! Thank you! x

Hi everyone, just a quick question whether the people who have received their NOA2 hard copy have already booked a flight to the US? I would like to book ASAP, but am unsure whether this is wise? Flights cost so much already from Aus ?

Yay! We just got approved this afternoon! Sent in our petition on the 12th December , NOA1 on 18th, and NOA2 today (9th)!!!! So happy!

Any chance anyone knows how long between this and getting sent the hard copy? I need to start organising everything else now! ?

Hi all! We sent our I129 on the 12th and just got the email and text confirmation today that we are being routed to CSC! Yay let the fun begin!!!!

Hi everyone! I'm from perth and will be moving to LA with my fiancé (hopefully soon!). We are new to this forum as we've just begun compiling our I-129F form stuff, but the information I've been studying has been a huge help so far! Anyone else from Perth at all?
