Wondering if any I601A filers in January have seen approval yet?

Anyone file waiver January 29, that has gotten a response from USCIS for the waiver?

They received our case Jan. 29, my husband did his fingerprints on Feb. 23......and now waiting for an answer.

My wife got confirmation her I-601a was received on 07/30/2015 and we received the approval on 10/03/2015. Hope this helps!

How long after the Bios did you receive the approval? My husband did his bios on Monday 2/23....now just hoping for a fast approval with no RFE....

The supporting documents for the DS260 ex; birth certificate, police records etc. For Guatemala can we send just copies and take originals to the interview???

When you submit the waiver, will they give me a receipt for it? Will the number differ from the I130 receipt?

Hi, they cashed the money on Dec 18, and it showed up as paid on Jan 9.......

I have tried internet explorer, safari, google chrome, iphone, ipad tablet........ And nothing

under the receipt tab in only gives me the option to choose the AOS receipt. However under the Invoice tab it shows it has been paid. I also already have access to the D260 and I just received an email from the today with instructions on the supporting documents as well as the checklist.

I wonder if ucsis would take that. I have to included with our I601a

My IV invoice FINALLY shows up as paid........but now it doesn't give me the option to print out the receipt. Has this happen to anyone else? How long till I am able to print out the receipt?

Lucky! last time i called was in dec 23 they told me it can take up to 42 days for it to show up as paid. Ridiculous!

I have a lawyer and was invoiced aos and IV seperatly. I paid the IV by mail money order was cashed on dec 18 still waiting for it to show up as paid.

I am under the same situation. I received the IV invoice on Nov 26. The IV invoice was unlocked on December 24.

i paid the AOS online on Nov 14, it took about 2 weeks for it to show up as paid, Nov 26. i received the first IV bill on Dec 3, i didnt have to fill out the DS-261 as we have a lawyer attached to our case.

After calling NVC they said they were having system glitches and didnt know when they would be fixed I mailed the payment of Dec 12.

For some reason NVC sent me 3 copies of the iV application invoice all dated different dates the first one i received was on Dec 3 then again on Dec 6th, and again on Dec 24, the iv was unlocked just yesterday, is still showing UNPAID, they cashed the money order on Dec 18, so hoping it will change to PAID soon.

Those of us who paid the IV by mail, how long does it take for it to show up as paid on the website?

I called they said there were having some issues with the system, they are working on it and they do not know how long it will take. I received a second IV invoice with same exact info. as the first only difference was the date on the letter, i received that email on Dec 6. i ended up mailing it in on Dec 12 because i just got tired of waiting. The money order was cashed on Dec 18......hoping they will apply it to our case # SOON......this waiting is extremely frustrating to say the least.

Awwww you are so lucky!!!!!!! It still not showing up for me! I have tried using my phone and nothing and I don't have an Ipad : I met with my lawyer on Friday, Dec 12 and she advised me to mail in the payment.....hope that was the right move

I have been having the same issue, the aos switched to paid on nov 26 I received the IV invoice dec3 and a duplicate on sat still haven't been able to pay :-(

Not yet, I read somewhere it takes 5 days after you receive the invoice for it to unlock on the website. Hoping it will be unlocked tomorrow. It would be the best birthday present, if not I might call nvc to see why it isn't unlocked yet.

i am sorry Adam. i know the wait is terrible. Have you tried calling them? This process is so frustrating. It hasn't been unlocked.....and i received the IV fee email the other day and it was dated November 28. then i received the same email with the invoice but now the letter is dated is Dec. 5. but the fee is still locked.

i honestly thought the NVC process would be so much quicker than it has been.
