I thought wouldn't make sense to make another thread for the same topic. (And hi, I'm new here) My employer applied for AOS (employment based) and received by USCIS on May 9th. I-140 was also submitted concurrently (EB-2). Biometrics taken on Jun 11th. I-140 got an REF, replied and got approved on Aug 13th. EAD/AP card came early/mid of September. Currently (Nov 4th) my AOS status is still in "Initial Review" stage. Average processing time for employment based AOS at Nebraska Service Center is 4 months. From the average processing time and the timing EAD came, looks like my case is running slow by almost two months. Should I be worried? Is this a sign of something tricky coming? I'm getting quite a bit anxious. Thanks in advance for your inputs.
