I just received a letter from USCIS " RE:Case File Review Notice/Interview Document Check List" asking for some documents to bring to interview. However, no interview date has been mentioned and I have not even recieved a biometrics appointment so far. Does anyone have a similar experience?

I did call USCIS and they told me wait or contact National Benefit Center(NBC) via mail. Right now, my case is at NBC. Do you any phone Number I can call NBC?

fortunately I got my visa last week and I'm with my husband in US
but from the second day, I got a nasty flu and last night ended up in emergency room because of a kind asthma attack! 
the member of insurance company in my husband's work place told him that he can't add me to his insurance till August, at the time of his renewal. but afterward my husband talked to the company costumer service and they told him that my enterance to us as his wife is a kind of life-change event and he should be able to cover my insurance! we don't know what to do! and last night in ER I think cost a lot. Does anybody know what we can do about that? Also I would be grateful if anybody can give me some information about what we can do about my husband's insurance policy.

Does my husband, as the petitioner, need to have 2005 tax return and W-2 in interview? he hasn't filed yet and is gonna do that after I join him, but my interview is in March 21!

I did my medical today. Ididn't have any vaccination record, so I just got 2 shot, one for MMR and the other one for Td vaccine.

Hi guys!
I found about this site just 2 days ago and yesterday just a few hours after I registered I got my interview
what a good coincidence! the waiting period was really frustrating I hope it goes well for all of you. I have few questions for those who have experince about IR1/CR1 interview at Montreal embassy.
Do you know if visa is issued the same day or the day after interview?
when do they send me the instruction for doing medical and howlong does it take?

My case was approved November 17th, 2005, and I just found out today that I have my CR-1 interview scheduled for March 20th!!!
Congratulation! It's a happy day for you and me. M interview is scheduled the day after you (March 21th)
but I haven't seen it yet.

I called USCIS last week on Monday and they told me" We sent a letter to you today. We don't have any information about its content, it may be a interview letter"; Yesterday I received the letter which is a biometrics appointment on June 17th! They had sent a letter before in February mentioned that my Fingerprint from last year is still valid and also I had my interview checklist on March 15th. I don't know why the processing of my file has taken so much time that now my fingerprint has expired.
