Hi there,
Today finally I recieved my CR-1 VISA and now I'm trying to pay Immigrant Fee ($165) online.
I went to www.uscis.gov/uscis-elis and and I could creat my account successfully.
But I cannot reach "Step-by-Step Online Application" page.
After secure Log In with my email address and password, I click "Request Secure PIN" and I put new Secure PIN, then click "Submit PIN".
Afterwards I can see like the attatchment.
Does anybody have any solutions or have same problem as well?
By the way, I'm using Internet Explore and Google Chrome.Thanks

Actually I did it on PC, and I had the exactly same problem.
I just wanted to take a screen shot to explain about it.
But now all goes well, thanks!
