no your last name being at the end of the alphabet has nothing to do with the time frame . it depends how fast your service center is moving

nvc recieved my docs on december 9th and january 14th recieved my nvc case number ,feeling excited now the real torture and fun begins .

i know its frustrating but keep the faith . each individual case is different . they recieved my i130 on the 20th of october 2014, and i recieved my noa2 on the 20th of november 2014. and my husband is here with me , we have been married for ten years . we are vermont service center . just keep checking and have faith .

ss its taking you guys so long , it will come in time but do not get your hopes up. i filed my husbands i130 on the 20th of october 2014 and he is here we have been married ten years and we recieved our noa2 on the 23rd of november . it was approved on the 20th of november 2014 . so have faith , just remeber no ones case is the same . lots of luck you guys , stay strong were here to help

our was not expedited hun it was just luck that vermont service center was moving fast . some service centers are backed up and slow . have faith it will come

Thanks for trying to help. He has documentation. He was a victim of visa fraud in Argentina along with some others which states in the paper work this guy did it to several others . The guy worked in the embassy . They let him withdraw app and go home . In his visa it is stamped cancelled and on the final page of the passport it shows w/d 275 . Then a year later he snuck in through Mexico and has been here ever since we married a few years after this happened . I filed for his his i130 in October and we were approved in a month now I'm so scared to know what to do I thought I was going to do a 601a but I'm so unsure I don't want to get him there and have to be seperated

My husbands visa was cancelled at port of entry . They let him withdraw admission and stamped cancelled on his picture and on the last page they wrote w/d and 275 . What are our chances of applying for 601a

Got mine as well says approved November 20th ?.so happy as I didn't have the long wait of 5 months and was not expedited . Have faith everyone prayer helps a lot

He actually did not know it was a fraudulent visa that is why they let him withdraw the app and was never charged for anything they found out he was actually one of many victims all from this same person that worked at the embassy . Also that does not answer my question as to which waiver I should file 601 or 601a

Husband came into us on a visa later they found out it was fake at port of entry in Miami they let him withdraw his application and was sent back home never charged for visa fraud or detained . So does this count as misrepresentation fraud

Are you sure he sent it correctly if he wanted them to sign for it , it could not go to Chicago lock box there is a different address

she can not have you deported just because you get divorced and besides your green cards is still god dont worry if it dont work she cant have the green card revoked . lots of mariages dont surive

So with me having my husband here in the us I already filed my i130 and was going for the 601a waiver but we have a daughter here so once Obama does this law can we do this Daca thing to go faster what exactly is the process stick to the 601a

dont worry mine ws all out of wack for 2 0r 3 days due to the site change it was saying november 6th when it was october 2oth it chnaged back now just a glitch in the system ,you already have youre noa1 to prove it
