Hello guys, my sister in law adjusting her status from a tourist visa after marrying his fiancee he is a US citizen,

she filed I-130 two months prior and later he sent the rest of the packages i mean I-765 I -131 I-485 and so on with the Noa1 to USCIS,

She even already did the biometric.
Now today she received the hard copy (NOA2) in the mail approved the I 130. they tell him NVC will contact him about the next step of the process,

while the I485 still at Initial review
I 131 Initial review
I 765 Initial review
-SHe is so worry about possible delay or interfer in his case because she went ahead sending them. Is there reason to be worry or anything she can do regarding this please.

thnx guys, Boiler for the past month money was not issues but in the future i wont be able to afford it. thats why i am planing what should be done as i cant definitely stay in the US to work legally.

i would like to ask a suggestion, I have a five years B1/B2 visa for 3 years I used to come back and forth but last year i was pregnant and accidentally i gave birth in the US of two kids, they are actually US citizen. but i am in my home country now, come to the US every 2 months for medical check up with my kids, they are one years old now, my concern is I am traveling too much sometimes its an obligation since i dont want to live here Illegal I would like to ask is there any way i can adjust my status or apply for a green card just to take care od my kids?
