Hi all,
New guy here just trying to get some answers on some possibly simple questions. Here goes:
1. Divorce certificate, Court documents, Military records, Marriage License don't apply to me. Should I just check them off the list, write in a "N/A" or leave them blank?
2. My fiancee hasn't finished completing her I-134 just yet, but I am eager to get things going again, is it okay for me to check off that I have that documentation even though I technically don't? Are there dates that could be reviewed that would create questions?
3. I probably know the answer to this but I need the peace of mind. I live in Toronto and I know that Montreal issues the K-1 visa and so that's where I will be going for my interview. The DS-160 asks "Location where you will be submitting your application" and so I should list Montreal correct?
Any answers I can get will seriously ease my severe anxiety over this stage of the process.
Thanks guys!
