No, it sounds to me that if it is assigned to an officer they should schedule interview soon.

Although others might give you better input on what comes first - scheduling for interview or assigning to the officer.

It seems to me that it is not scheduled yet, but just in line. Now I am just hoping not to be stuck in line for a couple of months

We placed you in line for your oath ceremony and will send you a notice for Receipt Number NBC********, with the date, time, and location of your oath ceremony. You should receive your notice within 30 days of its mailing date. Please follow the instructions in the notice.

It changed to it today!

No oath letter yet, so might be too early for congratulations. =(

I will post the list of documents and my final timeline when I will be done, hopefully one day I will be done = )

I am just worried now that they will have a red flag or something for the "expedite request" which I didn't ask to be sent AT ALL

Thank you. I never asked to have it expedite, I don't have any reason to expedite or rush, weird they did an expedite inquiry, now I am worried.

Also what do you mean by "their response"? Something like " we are reviewing your case bla bla bla"?

It works, but it actually doesn't show anything relating to the case, just the Request that Tier 2 Sent...

On November 4, 2015, your request to have your case expedited, referral number **********, was completed.

For next steps it says:

We will issue our decision and mail it to you. Any action or step you may need to take will be on your decision notice.

Has anybody seen the same?

No, my case doesn't have online updates, but when i called Tier 2 he said that the interview officer approved the case and now it is under supervisor review.

Did anybody have online " Supervisor Review"?

Here is an update. I will post the list of the documents requested after this all will be over, I don't want to do it now, but I will do it when it will be over to help for future experience.

Anyways, I dropped everything off 10/26 and the lady was really nice, and she didn't take even half of what I brought. She said it is way too much and she can see we live together. Luckily I had a letter there that lists everything I brought. so the decision making person will see how much more I brought vs what was accepted.

Anyways, I was told to wait. I was not given any letter or anything to say that I did bring them documents, my online status doesn;t change ( per lady - it doesnt work) so I am thinking of calling Tier 2 tomorrow to see if in their systems it is recorded that I brought RFE response.

So now waiting...

Has anybody here received RFE after the interview?

Hey, just an update. After I had the interview on 09/22 and failed to provide the evidence IO was looking for for the marriage I was sent with "Written decision will be mailed...". No approval, no deny.

On 10/09 I got N-14 ( RFE ) letter with the list of evidence to provide.

I was gathering it all for myself and my husband and handed it in yesterday at local office with the Infopass Appointment.

That's it....Now wait. i guess I'll be the one stuck for 2 more months

I agree with you , I didn't expect it at this stage. My fault though - all previous steps I gave them documents, and now I didn't ( it was not a requirement...)

I am waiting for all documents to com in the mail, that IO requested and hopefully will bring them next week to them. I hope it will get reviewed without delays I've been reading about online....
