If your 2 kids are US citizens, then you only need file the forms for yourself.

Hello, everyone. My name is Lily. And I entered US 2009 with B2 visa. And I met my American husband before we travel back US. And we got the marriage license back in 2010 so now we haven't married yet (Just found out we still not marry yet we thought we did cause we got the license) So we are going to do that next month so we will be able to start to apply for the Green card.

We have 2 kids together and cause the money part, I have been out of status for a while and we are on the budget. How much total do we need to able to get everything done? And are we able to do it without lawyer? And due to my status i don't really have anything that have name with my husband pretty much all we have together are the kids. So is it having lawyer will be safer in this case?
