My 485 still acceptance and the others initial review... what can be wrong? Shouldn't I've got something by now? I know it's a waiting game but 34 days after the bio without any news is heartbreaking. ..

I got married in August 2014 , both my husband and I are divorced. The thing is that he is divorced from another brazilian with the same name as me.

We sent all the documents on Sep 2nd and I had my biometrics on Oct 1st. And that's it. No RFE so far, but my case status still on acceptance for 485 and initial review for 130 and 765...

I'm seeing people that had their biometrics after me getting their work permits but nothing for me

Do you think that the divorce thing is bringing up red flags?
